A sorry pale ghost of a mayan popped up from my bed last night... skinny as my toothpick.. a shadowy sad decrepit  figure... touched my overgrown 12 inch nose with some gentle strokes.. and said..I am sorry..
Lifting my bushy eyebrows to face the creepy god-forsaken ghost from hell..I said..no..tell me why are you sorry...while I was popping lots of prayers with my tongue beneath my clenched teeth...hoping that Jessus(the one personal Jessus..is my friend,of course ..choose jessus as friend they told me!) would save me from this mayan paled,white ghost mayan calamity from pestering me.
Then he told me..listen..I was wrong about the end of the world!
I said..really?..trying to use some uppercut to his bonny face..however..I should have aimed for his testicles,because my fist didn't startle him..it went like cheese thru his foggy figure from hell,indeed...
Yes..he cried out..with his hairy madman mayan thin hands ..like a billowing frankeinstein otherworldly  figure from netherlands!!! ..his hands were touching the ceiling....his fingers looked like my spaghetty italian style 10 feet long....his nose looked like my daily carrot I eat...  So... the Kripto cycles are the beauty of my creation..as I said..dignified and upright..walk as YOU feel the energy in your body.
This energy..is the universe energy.
It will heal you IF YOU resonate with it..see? 
Be aware it took me over 25 years of pain to discover this secret of these cycles..is like a 3 in one burrito snack...the soul/spirit/god..as some swami from the Saco town told me one day when I spilled my coffee beans in his  boiled carrots meal(since he didn't eat meat at all.. a hardcore vegetarian ,indeed...lol:))
First.. the first position is ,,holding the tray...as you hold some tray below your belly button see?..this is because the energy(shakti) from the hands creates a feedback UP to the body,and top of the head...ok?...then..raise the hands like you hold a ball pressed against your abdomen.. elbows are stationary...palms are like 45 degree tensed towards the body..the big finger extended like a coyote...the rest of other fingers are also enlarged like your morning rays of sunshine daily nose picking habit.....this means there is some tension in them,ok?
Afirmation is,,I am ok..
Second..as you hold yours palms together like in prayer on the heart area..because I am the pure spirit of GOD within(these are affirmations for guidance only..you can modify them as you want...as long as you get the idea/principality/purpose..see?)..
Since YOU ARE THAT..then say..I am not at quilty ..neither is everybody else..ok?.. 
The last one is holding palms on your head..massage  the face,head,back of the head,like you take a palms shower?..etc..hold your palms on sides of your head(left hand on left side of your head..right palms on the right side of your head also)....raise your shoulders..yawn a bit..(I forgive everyone..I am not the past/future.etc...I AM  THE PURE AWARENESS)
Take a big breath!
Be aware that breath stops almost when in deep samadhi..so take a deep breath on that cycle,please.. 
Spine must be straight..is like some Texas Coyote pulling you up from the neck up..you feel like something is pulling you up ,and you loose gravity..spine straightens up,you start farting...(since the belly is healing,and it shrinks..while your shoulders get bigger like the mountain bear?) and you say to yourself..wow..this was some good beer!..may I have another 6 pack beers spirit bliss?..I feel good already,baby!..Maybe a cigar is in order too?
Palms again on your lap... yawn and raise spine,please..you feel it cracking?...good..your're getting better!
Is amazing how many problems this kripto cycles can cure...if you have some ass fungus,my walking kriptos will cure the sucker bacteria.. trust me!
And if you think I am lying to you..may I drop dead right now,and burn in hell..for anyone discovers something..That one must share with the others..so the wisdom is NOT lost..ok?..

Please understand that even as I am a mahayogi..loved in the 3 worlds..worshiped in 10..etc..I may die soon also..Jessus died,Mohamed died..Buddha died..and I am NOT feeling very well either!...this old age is getting to me,indeed!..plus I lost some hair on the top of my head..and that bothers me greatly!...it looks like when I awakened my sahasrara completely ..the hairs also were eliminated..please do NOT confuse this with the simple,,feeling the cool breeze from sahaja yoga,,..when your sahasrara (or top of the head) opens fully...you'll feel it like your head explodes!..and you'll feel a shower of cool rain poring down on the whole body!!..please be aware!..but for that to happen,abandon the walking form and sit with your eyes closed,breath very shallow..spine erected..surrender to it!..ok?..be very careful of the symptoms,and do NOT be afraid..ok?..I reveal these secrets to you for the benefit of YOU..ok?

 Be aware that in Kripto yoga ...everything starts and ends with the belly area.
In other meaning..your attention is always in the beginning and the end not in sahasrara(which should be in samadhi times,when you open more petals on it) but right down in the body,in your belly...as you walk the kripto..ok?
  Also be aware to empty the whole body,and also the legs,or the area bellow the belly..the whole body awareness is the key,please..
Be aware..that the very feet are walking you..by keeping the attention on the belly,while the heaven is the sahasrara,or the empty head..the workers are the very bottom of your soles..

Although it is cultivated, realized, and mastered over a period of three incalculable aeons,the true mind is not remote. Although there may be five hundred miles of dangers and difficult road, the treasure is nearby. If people who study Zen to learn the Way mistake a single step or stir asingle thought, they are ten trillion lands and a billion aeons away.

You should, simply see your essential nature to attain Buddhahood. The scriptural teachings expounded by the Buddha over the course of his career are instructions for seeing essential nature,when it comes to seeing essential nature itself and awakening to the Way, that is communicated separately outside of doctrine and does not stand on written symbols.In this there are no distinctions between the sharp and the dull, the rich and the poor,mendicants and lay people, Easterners or Westerners, ancients or moderns. It only depends upon whether or not the will for enlightenment is there and whether instruction and guidance are mistakenor accurate.Even if you get directions from a thousand Buddhas and myriad Zen masters, if you yourself do not continue right mindfulness with purity and singleness of faith, you can never see essential nature and awaken to the Way. This way you realize your own essential nature by means of your own mind and understand your own life by means of your own insight. If right mindfulness is not continuous and concentration is not pure and single minded, your efforts will be in vain.This right mindfulness means not having any thought, concentration means not conceiving any mental images. Zen master Dogen said, "Thinking of what does not think is the essential art of sitting meditation." If you concentrate intensely twenty-four hours a day, the same inactivity as in quiet,principle and fact as one, then inward and outward bedevilments lose their ways of getting at you and you get beyond all obstruction. Good and bad, right and wrong, pain and pleasure, advantage and adversity, are shed all at once, the root compulsion by beginningless ignorance is severed, and you seethe original state as it was before space and time.Or you can check the Hakuin also..

 Frequently you may feel that you are getting nowhere with practice in the midst of activity, where as the quietistic approach brings unexpected results. Yet rest assured that those who use the quietistic approach can never hope to enter into meditation in the midst of activity. Should by chance a person who uses this approach enter into the dusts and confusions of the world of activity, even the power of ordinary understanding which he had seemingly attained will be entirely lost. Drained of all vitality,he will be inferior to any mediocre, talentless person. The most trivial matters will upset him, an inordinate cowardice will afflict his mind, and he will frequently behave in a mean and base manner.What can you call accomplished about a man like this ?The Zen Master Ta-hui (15) has said that meditation in the midst of activity is immeasurably superior to the quietistic approach. Po-shan (16) has said that if one does not attain to this meditation within activity, one's practice is like trying to cross a mountain ridge as narrow as a sheep's skull with a hundred-and- twenty pounds load on one's back. I am not trying to tell you to discard completely quietistic meditation and to seek specifically for a place of activity in which to carry out your practice.What is most worthy of respect is a pure koan meditation that neither knows nor is conscious of thetwo aspects, the quiet and the active. This is why it has been said that the true practicing monk (17)walks but does not know he is walking, sits but does not know he is sitting..
So while the belly is the soul,the sahasrara or the empty head is the heaven..the heart is the spirit..the soles of your feet are your workers..the fact that you don't understand the meaning of the .belly..is not my fault..really..
Also please combine walking kriptos with sitting ones....the same principles apply,use the kripto cycles to ,,adjust,,..then ,,SINK,, the energy from the top of your head..ok?
Sinking is just you watch the energy  from the top of your head.....you should be thoughtless by that point already..ok?..on that point please abandon the tense hands..or the raised spine...on that moment ..close your eyes..relax..and intention is,,power of divine..please purify me,,..or,,is ok,,.or ,,I forgive,,..these ARE the only affirmations in Kripto Yoga..ok?..kiss:)

The Buddha was sitting under a tree talking with
some monks to his left. He was resting his right
arm on his right upturned knee, when a woman
approached from his right, knelt down and bowed
her head placing her palms together. The Buddha
immediately turned to her and said, “Welcome.
Welcome. I am happy that you have finally come.”
Then he adjusted his position to face her directly,
bowed his head, and smiled with her and waited.
She said, “I want to know about Love.”
The people who heard her were shocked, and the
celibates started to stand up and take their leave,
when in a harsh voice the Buddha said, “Get back
here you cadavers! Maybe you can learn
something about life from this woman.” Everyone
was shocked, and returned to their seats with heads
down.
The Buddha asked in a beautiful voice, “What is
there you don't already know about Love?”
“Yes, I should know everything about Love. I have
loved many men, and have married twice, and I am

married now, and have several children. For many
years now, deep in my heart, I felt my love was not
full. I love my children. I would give my life for
them, and I have loved my husbands. I love the
man I am with now. But what is Love?
“Why do you say your Love is not full? You would
give your life for your children, and every day you
must be serving and supporting your husband.
True?”
“Yes, this is all true. I love my children and am
totally devoted to my husband. My life on the
surface seems wonderful. I have everything, but
something is missing in all this. Many years ago I
had a dream. A woman in delicate white robes
came to me in this dream, and she was radiantly
beautiful, like a goddess, and she asked me, “What
are you doing? Are you happy? I will always be
with you to care for you, to comfort you. I love
you.” And when she said that, there was a Love I
have never experienced before, and I started to cry,
and I immediately woke up and found myself
crying and shaking.”

“Yesterday, I was collecting firewood and saw a
remarkable sunset, which caused me stop, to feel
the beauty and freedom, and from somewhere that
same voice came to me and said, “I will always be
with you, I love you.” I started to cry and dropped
my firewood. That same profound love
overwhelmed me again, so I came here today to ask
you, “What is Love?”
“This is very beautiful. I am glad you came here
today and told us this. What could be more
beautiful than this? You have love for your family
and love for your life, but do these compare with
the love you felt?”
“Thank you, but none of my earthly love compares
to that Love. I would give my life for my children,
but I think that I would rather give up my life for
that Love. It sounds crazy, because maybe it is just
a hallucination, but it seemed so real and it shook
me so deeply. Even now as I sit here talking about
it with you, those feelings return and I want to cry.
Can you help me?”
“Be happy my daughter, these things were not

hallucinations. You are the most fortunate of all
these people. No one hear knows Love, and Love
has come to you alone. No one seated here would
give up their lives for their meditation. This is a
rare thing you have experienced and we need to
find it again, because as you have said, it is more
important than your own life.
I ask all of you, consider carefully, what can be
more important to you than your life? Only this
Love can be more important! So let's find it!
“You had a dream and felt an amazing Love. Then
a few days ago you heard that same voice, and the
same Love came upon you. Now, because you were
awake and felt the same Love, you know how
important that Love is to you. So, I want to ask you,
do you feel that same love now?
“No, it has gone from me.”
“Why is it so important to you?”
“Well, when the Love stopped, I saw my life in a
flash, and no Love compared to it. Nothing

compared to it. My life did not compare to it.”
“Truly. Can you remember the feeling of that Love
Now?
“Yes”
Can you tell me where you feel it?”
“Yes, I feel it in my heart.”
“Exactly. Can you forget everything but that
feeling? Just relax, feel the Love in your heart, and
forget everything else, and tell me what happens.
Take a few moments and feel that Love in your
heart.”
“OK. Well the feeling in my heart was only a small
love, and after a few moments the image of the
lady in white appeared, and the Love in my heart
grew bigger. It was as if the lady appeared in my
heart in a vision, and the love grew stronger. I can
still feel her in my heart. I can see her in a space in
my heart.”

“Excellent. And when you completely relax into
that Love, into that space in your heart, what
happens?”
“Oh! My body relaxes so much, and I feel so
happy, and I don't know why. I feel myself inside
the space in my heart with the lady in white, and I
am feeling so happy. What is happening to me?
“Where is this happiness?”
“It seems like it is in my heart or radiating from
that space in my heart, and making me feel very
happy.”
“Exactly. And as you feel the space and the
happiness, rest and relax there, do you notice new
things?”
“Yes the more I see and feel these experiences, the
space in my heart seems to be growing, and it feels
like the lady in white is coming closer, and I am
firmly inside that space with her. This is very
strange, when I think about this. I am just sitting
here with you, looking at you and having this

dream in my heart. The lady in white appeared
inside a space in my heart, and that space feels like
it is growing, or becoming bigger and I am moving
into that space. The more I feel like I am moving
into that space the more joy I feel, and the closer
the lady in white approaches. Now, I am seeing the
space and the lady more than you and the world,
but this dream brings me great joy.”
“Wonderful! Continue to relax and fall into that joy
and that space and what happens?
“The Lady in white has become me! She stepped
into me, and I became her. This feels so crazy!
Where I am, where my body is, the Lady in white
is in that space and I can no longer see her. I feel or
see the white robes moving in the air around me,
but it feels like my clothing. Surrounding me is that
space that I have moved into, and everything is just
so blissful and joyous. I no longer feel the space in
my heart. I entered into that space, and it expanded
and now engulfs me and my body, and I have
become the lady in white. This is crazy except that
I have become full of Love, happiness, and joy.
What a strange dream I am having!”

“Wonderful. Is there joy, Love and happiness
everywhere in your body?”
“Yes, it feels like it is everywhere in my body. Even
my feet are happy!”
“Very Good. Is this Love and Joy filling your body
over and over again without any effort?”
“Yes, I am filled with Love and joy from above and
below constantly without any effort. I am at peace
resting in an endless fountain of Love and joy. I
was not expecting this joyous experience, but I am
in it.”
“Wonderful, my friend. With your eyes, very gently
see the world behind me. Can you extend this Love
outward into the world you see?
“Yes, when I gently saw the world behind you, at
first I didn't know what to, I just looked and
thought to extend the Love there, and I felt the
Love fill the space between be me and the world. I
can almost see and feel a sparkling in the air in

front of me. Then the Love inside of me grew
stronger, and the top of my head started tingling.
“Excellent. Relaxing completely, allow the Love to
fill the space to your left in the same way as far as
it can go.”
“Oh! This is too extreme! I have become drunk
with Love and joy. I can barely sit here awake. My
eyes, my seeing, and my mind is now just a wave
of extreme Love, and the Love fills the world to my
left.”
“Excellent. Relaxing completely, allow the Love to
fill the space to your right in the same way as far
as it can go.”
Oh my Lord! You are a magician. This not possible.
I thought I had experienced all the Love. I had
become the lady in white and I thought it was
extreme then. Now the Love is so strong, I feel
everything inside and out is dissolving into Love.
Love goes from my heart into the world, and goes
from my world into my heart endlessly.
Excellent. And allow that Love to go everywhere,

everywhere into the world? Wherever you look,
wherever you can feel, expand this love as far as it
will go in every direction.”
Love! Love is everywhere! How profound. This
beyond belief. It is like magic, and I feel
completely drunk in Love and ecstasy. But I have
this funny experience. I keep hearing or feeling this
thought in my heart. It is the repetitious drumbeat
of me..me..me..me, and it seems so useless
compared to the Love I experience.”
“Yes, the drumbeat of me..me..me is totally useless
when you are drunk with Love. Stay as the Love
and let the heart and the drumbeat fade away. If
you focus on that drumbeat, your Love will fade
away. Let go of the heart. Let go of the drumbeat of
me..me..me.”
“Yes, I feel that! Allowing the drumbeat of
me..me..me starts removing the Love, and when I
let it go of the heart and become the Love I go into
the ecstasy of Love filling the whole world. How
amazing this is. How profound. No words can
express this.”

“When I dreamed of the lady in white and heard
her voice, I felt her Love. I knew I had no Love,
and it made me cry. I was sad for myself.”
“Now I have become Love. I have become the
Love, where sadness can never go. I don't know
what has happened, but I am truly blessed. You are
an unusual teacher. You don't just talk about
worldly love. You give the experience of a
supernatural Love, and I will thank You forever.
Can I come again?”

To nourish the vital energy, keep watch in silence;

In order to subdue the mind, act with non-action.

Of movement and stillness, be aware of their origin;

There is no work to do, much less someone to seek.

The true and constant must respond to phenomena;

Responding to phenomena, you must be unconfused.

When unconfused, the nature will stabilize by itself;

When the nature stabilizes, energy returns by itself.

When energy returns, the elixir crystallizes by itself;

Within the pot, the trigrams of heaven and earth are joined.

Yīn and yáng arise, alternating over and over again;

Every transformation comes like a clap of thunder.

White clouds form and come to assemble at the peak;

The sweet nectar sprinkles down Mount Sumeru.

Swallow for yourself this wine of immortality;

You wander so freely—who is able to know you?

Sit and listen to the tune played without strings;

Clearly understand the mechanism of creation.

It comes entirely from these twenty lines;

"The center of the cyclone is that rising quiet central low-pressure place in which one can learn to live eternally. Just outside of this Center is the rotating storm of one's own ego, competing with other egos in a furious high-velocity circular dance. As one leaves center, the roar of rotating wind deafens on more and more as one joins this dance. One's centered thinking-feeling-being, one's own Satoris, are in the center only, not outside. One's pushed-pulled driven states, one's anti-Satori modes of functioning, one's self-created hells, are outside the center. In the center of the cyclone one is off the wheel of Karma, of life, rising to join the Creators of the Universe, the Creators of us.

Here we find that we have created Them who are Us...
