What is referred to as mindlessness is absence of the human mentality; what is referred to as mindfulness is mindfulness of the Tao. When one is free of the human mentality, the mutual sensing of the earthly and celestial is swift; when one is mindful of the Tao, effective practice endures. Swiftness of sensing comes about spontaneously, without cultivation, without striving; long perseverance comes about through effort, and involves action and striving. Striving and non-striving each has its secret; the distinction is all a matter of the absence of the human mentality and the presence of mindfulness of the Tao. After one has reached complete realization of the universal Tao, neither existence nor nonexistence remain; others and self are ultimately empty, and one enters the state of ultimate truthfulness, like a spirit. The consistent conduct of people of the Way is like the flowing clouds with no grasping mind, like the full moon reflecting universally, not confined anywhere, glistening within each of the ten thousand forms. Dignified and upright, emerge and make contact with the variety of phenomena, unstained and unconfused. Function the same toward all others since all have the same substance as you. Language cannot transmit this, speculation cannot reach it. Leaping beyond the infinite and cutting off the dependent, be obliging without looking for merit. This marvel cannot be measured with consciousness or emotion. On the journey accept your function, in your house please sustain it. Comprehending birth and death, leaving causes and conditions, genuinely realize that from the outset your spirit is not halted. GREETINGS..my grasshoppers from heaven!
Some days ago I walked the Kripto cycles..
Kripto cycles are about..hands about the belly..hands raised about the heart...hands in prayer motion..
hands as holding your head...etc..hands washing the head..or face...etc..
The kripto cycles are based on the main chakras..etc..are in all religions,by the way
The idea is to feel the cool breeze while waking..AND while straightening  your  spine while walking?
 The cool breeze is about transmission of shakti..however..contact me and you'll feel it..to jump start the process?

 Like something pulls you up from a string ?..when you walk?.it heals and restores your body/mind/soul/..since you are the pure spirit within!!
Dignified and upright?

Kripto cycles are my discovery..so don't try to look for them..ask me instead?..lol
Anyway..I woke up and walked them..since I had eaten a bad burritto mexican stuff. .and also because my wife Matilda took me money and run Venezuela ?..as Harry hands Belafonte explains in his song?

And walked the cycles ...while I was watching the energy between the body and hands..and waiving them..
Flicking the fingers and producing the,,pine smell...is the trademark of the mahayogi..
Believe it or not..people in same room would feel the pine smell..and cool breeze..even not realized?
Anyway..this time I heard some cracks..some sparkles on the furniture..and walls ..
As I was walking...I changed from feeling my own energy..to projecting it...outside
I was like in water..hands moving...fingers flickering...then BOOM
I heard sparkles on the walls..
I thought..oki..some wind from outside..
I closed the window..resumed my walking cycles..
again..BOOM..all over..as I moved my hands?
I said..wow.........
Is me who does it!

I projected the energy from like 5 meter ..from my hands?..
cracking sounds again..I said..I am the superman!..so COOL!
I turned the lights off...
since was night time..early morning...tried again
this time I was seeing,,the sparkles when I moved my hands against the walls..furniture..windows covers..was like in aweeeeeeee!
BEAUTIFUL LIGHTS SPARKLES AND SOUNDS WHEN I MOVED MY HANDS!...projected on the walls..

I felt like superman kripto!..the STUFF of your dreams when you zap energy from a distance?..
INCREDIBLE!
I tried with the left hand.. effect was like 3 times lesser..with right hand?..was serious sparks..like when you send electricity ?
That's it...I thought...with this stuff..
Let's quit it..I said..before I destroy my computers....lol
I went and took a shower..while massaging my wisdom muscle,of course...the head..is all about the brain,indeed.

Now what you make of it..is up to you..grasshoppers from heaven? but this was a real life story..experience!!
Believe it...or not..was real...same as when I went ,,poof.. in the light in the forest..and the forest was me,and the LIGHT was me also and my rainbow body was emanating and saying..you are THAT!..
