Lead me from dreaming to waking.
Lead me from opacity to clarity.
Lead me from the complicated to the simple. Lead me from the obscure to the obvious. Lead me from intention to attention. Lead me from what I'm told I am to what I see I am. Lead me from confrontation to wide openness. Lead me to the place I never left, Where there is peace, and peace -from the Upanishads- Unless you know the emptiness and bliss inside yourself..you'll be a robot forced by the same emptiness and bliss trying to know itself..by pain..
...inside your self also..trust me!..said the mahayogi! so listen to the mahayogi..,grasshopper from heaven....
In silence there must be movement, and in motion,
There must be silence.
A small movement is better than a big one..
No movement is better than a small one..listen!
Silence is all the movement's mother..
In Movement you should be like a dragon or a tiger.
In non Movement you should be like a Buddha.

What is referred to as mindlessness is absence of the human
mentality; what is referred to as mindfulness is mindfulness of the
Tao. When one is free of the human mentality, the mutual sensing of
the earthly and celestial is swift; when one is mindful of the Tao,
effective practice endures. Swiftness of sensing comes about
spontaneously, without cultivation, without striving; long
perseverance comes about through effort, and involves action and
striving. Striving and non-striving each has its secret; the
distinction is all a matter of the absence of the human mentality
and the presence of mindfulness of the Tao. After one has reached
complete realization of the universal Tao, neither existence nor
nonexistence remain; others and self are ultimately empty, and one
enters the state of ultimate truthfulness, like a spirit. Here, it
is not only the human mentality that cannot be applied; even the
mindfulness of Tao is not applicable." - Liu I-ming
The Conduct of the Moon and Clouds
The consistent conduct of people of the Way is like the flowing clouds with no grasping mind, like the full moon reflecting universally, not confined anywhere, glistening within each of the ten thousand forms.
Dignified and upright, emerge and make contact with the variety of phenomena, unstained and unconfused. Function the same toward all others since all have the same substance as you. Language cannot transmit this, speculation cannot reach it. Leaping beyond the infinite and cutting off the dependent, be obliging without looking for merit.
This marvel cannot be measured with consciousness or emotion. On the journey accept your function, in your house please sustain it. Comprehending birth and death, leaving causes and conditions, genuinely realize that from the outset your spirit is not halted. So we have been told that the mind that embraces all the ten directions does not stop anywhere.

*note* beautiful story about ''A 3-year-old boy with a terminal disease had a simple wish — to see snow. His mother, with some help from friends and volunteers, made it happen in spectacular fashion.''
Actually I was planning to teach the grasshoppers from heaven about some serious secrets of true meditation/expending ki..
getting rid of illnesses,how to be in bliss and stuff like that...winning at the casino... attracting women like flies...etc...conjuring the universe and hold it in your palm?..eghh..but this story reminded my kripto ass about the citta..(citta is mind/heart in action ..but you can check it out here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Citta
The Pali-English Dictionary suggests citta is heart / mind, and emphasizing it is more the emotive side of mind as opposed to manas as the intellect or mind-sense in the sense of what grasps mental objects (dhammas). Citta is the object of meditation in the third part of Satipatthana, also called four foundation of mindfulness.
"Citta" primarily represents one's mindset, or state of mind.[3][4] Citta is the term used in to refer to the quality of mental processes as a whole.[5] Citta is neither an entity nor a process; this likely accounts for its not being classified as a skandha, nor mentioned in the paticcasamuppada formula.[6]
The complex causal nexus of volitions (or intentions) which one experiences continuously conditions one's thoughts, speech, and actions. One's state of mind at any given time reflects that complex; thus, the causal origin of actions, speech, and thoughts is sometimes associated with the state of mind (citta), in a manner of speaking. This does not mean that it is that causal nexus; it is better understood as an abstract reflection.[7] One's mind-set can be out of tune with one's desires or aspirations. In that it reflects the volitions, the citta is said to go off with a will of its own if not properly controlled.[8] It may lead a person astray or, if properly controlled, directed, and integrated, ennoble one. One may "make citta turn according to" his wishes most effectively by developing skill in meditative concentration which brings mental calm and clarity.[9] An individual undergoes many different states of mind; M.II.27 asks: "Which citta? for citta is manifold, various, and diverse."[10] Generally speaking, a person will operate with a collection of changing mindsets, and some will occur regularly. While these mindsets determine the personality, they are not in control of themselves, but fluctuate and alternate. There is thus the need for the meditative integration of personality to provide a greater, more wholesome consistency.[11]
Regarding volitions, there is a similarity between viññāna and citta; they are both associated with the qualitative condition of a human being. Viññāna provides awareness and continuity by which one knows one's moral condition, and citta is an abstraction representing that condition.[12] Citta is therefore closely related to volitions; this connection is also etymological, as citta comes from the same verbal root in Pali as the active terms meaning "to will".[13] Citta also reflects one's cognitive condition/progress.[14]
Citta as a mindset can become "contracted" (i.e., unworkable), "distracted", "grown great", "composed", or the opposite of such qualities (M.I.59). It can be dominated by a certain emotion, so as to be "terrified", "astonished", or "tranquil." It can be "taken hold of" by pleasant or unpleasant impressions (M.I.423). A host of negative emotionally charged states can pertain to it, or it may be free of such states, so it is vital to develop or purify it: "For a long time this citta has been defiled by attachment, hatred, and delusion. By defilement of citta, beings are defiled; by purity of citta, beings are purified" (S.III.152).[15]
Attaining a purified citta corresponds to the attaining of liberating insight. This indicates that a liberated one's state of mind reflects no ignorance or defilements. As these represent bondage, their absence is described in terms of freedom.[16]
But anyway...is amazing this story..because it reminds me about what I had heard when I was into the light,in the forest..and I was the light,and the forest was me..YOU ARE HERE to experience ,indeed..
So could be this beautiful 3 years old boy..all he wanted was to see the snow?
Is citta experiencing itself in this universe in myriad ways?..as I was told?..
And THIS is the reason of creation?..for this song of freedom?
And the reason of suffering also,since citta forgets it's origin ?
Forgetting it's true identity?..the spirit within?
Kiss to you,my little boy....for I see the snow right now,and the snow loves you.
At least that's what the real snow told me..
love always..said the snow..

A 3-year-old boy with a terminal
disease had a simple wish — to see snow. His mother, with some help from
friends and volunteers, made it happen in spectacular fashion.
Mason Williams was born with hypoplastic left-heart syndrome, the Daily Mail reports.
He requires an operation but is not yet well enough to undergo it. He
is also unable to speak due to a chromosomal disorder, according to the
report.
Seeking to grant one
of Mason's wishes, mom Melodie, who lives with her son in the parish of
Rowley Rigis in England, set out to transform her front garden into a
snowy dreamland. One problem: There was no snow. With the help of local
businesses, Melodie fixed that by bringing in 105 gallons of snow to
surprise her son.
Melodie told the Daily Mail, "I just had to do
something now in case he's not alive next time it snows. If I didn't do
it now, and something happens to him, I'd never forgive myself for not
making the most of the time we had."From the looks on Mason's face, he was very pleased with his mom's handiwork.
Yahoo News U.K. spoke with Melodie about the generosity of the companies and individuals who helped her realize Mason's dream.
Melodie
told Yahoo News U.K.: "I am so grateful to everyone who helped us.
Things like this just don't happen to me. I'm so lucky that I could make
this happen for Mason."
The 3-year-old spent about an hour
playing in the snow and was reportedly delighted by the surprise. Said
his mother, "He laughed and giggled as he touched the snow. He can't
speak, but I knew he was loving his treat. Watching him was amazing; I
will remember it forever."
To nourish the vital energy, keep watch in silence;
In order to subdue the mind, act with non-action.
Of movement and stillness, be aware of their origin;
There is no work to do, much less someone to seek.
The true and constant must respond to phenomena;
Responding to phenomena, you must be unconfused.
When unconfused, the nature will stabilize by itself;
When the nature stabilizes, energy returns by itself.
When energy returns, the elixir crystallizes by itself;
Within the pot, the trigrams of kǎn and lí are joined.
Yīn and yáng arise, alternating over and over again;
Every transformation comes like a clap of thunder.
White clouds form and come to assemble at the peak;
The sweet nectar sprinkles down Mount Sumeru.
Swallow for yourself this wine of immortality;
You wander so freely—who is able to know you?
Sit and listen to the tune played without strings;
Clearly understand the mechanism of creation.
It comes entirely from these twenty lines;
A true ladder going straight to Heaven.-Daoist text -
To us all towns are one, all men our kin. Life's good comes not from others' gift, nor ill. Man's pains and pains' relief are from within. Thus have we seen in visions of the wise !." - Tamil Poem-
