In silence there must be movement, and in motion,
There must be silence.
A small movement is better than a big one..
No movement is better than a small one..listen!
Silence is all the movement's mother..
In Movement you should be like a dragon or a tiger.
In non Movement you should be like a Buddha.

What is referred to as mindlessness is absence of the human
mentality; what is referred to as mindfulness is mindfulness of the
Tao. When one is free of the human mentality, the mutual sensing of
the earthly and celestial is swift; when one is mindful of the Tao,
effective practice endures. Swiftness of sensing comes about
spontaneously, without cultivation, without striving; long
perseverance comes about through effort, and involves action and
striving. Striving and non-striving each has its secret; the
distinction is all a matter of the absence of the human mentality
and the presence of mindfulness of the Tao. After one has reached
complete realization of the universal Tao, neither existence nor
nonexistence remain; others and self are ultimately empty, and one
enters the state of ultimate truthfulness, like a spirit. Here, it
is not only the human mentality that cannot be applied; even the
mindfulness of Tao is not applicable." - Liu I-ming
The Conduct of the Moon and Clouds
The consistent conduct of people of the Way is like the flowing clouds with no grasping mind, like the full moon reflecting universally, not confined anywhere, glistening within each of the ten thousand forms.
Dignified and upright, emerge and make contact with the variety of phenomena, unstained and unconfused. Function the same toward all others since all have the same substance as you. Language cannot transmit this, speculation cannot reach it. Leaping beyond the infinite and cutting off the dependent, be obliging without looking for merit.
This marvel cannot be measured with consciousness or emotion. On the journey accept your function, in your house please sustain it. Comprehending birth and death, leaving causes and conditions, genuinely realize that from the outset your spirit is not halted. So we have been told that the mind that embraces all the ten directions does not stop anywhere.

*note*..Greetings..Grasshoppers from Heaven..we are ALL the same God's stuff..so that's why I call you,,from heaven,,
Now..I have met many Reiki experts..none of them had enough practice in opening the Ki channels enough to ,,heal,,..and not get,,stuck,, in the healing.
The idea is this..you pay thousands of dollars..and get some Reiki mantras..and initiation ..no?
The Reiki mantras are of course Japanese... since the Usui was japanese..correct?..
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mikao_Usui
Usui was born on 15 August 1865 in the village of
Taniai (now called Miyama cho) in the
Yamagata district of the
Gifu Prefecture, Japan, which is now located near present day
Nagoya.
[3]
A 19th century scholar, Mikao Usui seems to have earned a doctorate
of theology at the University of Chicago, in the theological seminary.
[4]
Usui is also said to be Usui Shiko Ryoho method.
Shugendō is a Japanese mountain
ascetic shamanism, which incorporates
Shinto and
Buddhist practices.
[5] Roles of Shugendō practitioners include offering religious services such as
fortune telling,
divination,
channelling,
prayer,
ritual incantations and
exorcism. Shugenja was often used by family clans to heal disease or to avoid misfortune.
[6]
As an adult, it is believed that he traveled to several Western
countries, including Americas, Europe, and China as a part of his
continued lifelong study.
[7] His studies included history, medicine,
Buddhism, Christianity, psychology, and
Taoism.
[6][8][9]
Usui's ancestors were the once influential Chiba clan and were
Hatamoto samurai. According to the inscription on his memorial, Tsunetane Chiba,
[7] a military commander during the end of the
Heian period and the start of the
Kamakura period
(1180–1230), was one of Usui's ancestors. In 1551, Toshitane Chiba
conquered the city Usui and thereafter all family members acquired that
name.
[8] Usui was raised as a
samurai from childhood, specifically in the martial arts techniques of
aiki (合氣術).
[6]
Claims of Reiki's Christian origins
Hawayo Takata, a Reiki Master attuned by
Chujiro Hayashi (林 忠次郎, 1880–1940), construed Reiki's history of development in order to make Reiki more appealing to the West.
[10]
To this end she made a relation of Reiki with Jesus Christ and not with
Buddhism. She also presented Usui as the dean of a Christian school.
While he had obtained the knowledge of Reiki from the Buddhist religious
book
Tantra of the Lightning Flash, Takata claimed that he had
been inspired from the story of Jesus Christ, who had healed with the
touch of his hand, and so had come to America to learn Reiki. She told
this to spread Reiki among Christians too, believing it would otherwise
be extinct
[citation needed].
However, in 1994, the original manuscript of Usui's was found, which
revealed him to be a Christian and that Reiki had originated from
Gautam Buddha.
[11]
During the early 1920s, Usui did a 21-day practice on Mount
Kurama-yama called discipline of prayer and fasting, (according to
translator Hyakuten Inamoto. Common belief dictates that it was during
these 21 days that Usui developed Reiki. As Mount Hiei is the main
Tendai complex in Japan, and is very close to Kyoto, it has been
surmised that Usui would also have practiced there if he had been a lay
priest. This teaching included self-discipline, fasting and prayer.
- “In April of the 11th year of Taisho (1922 A.D.) he settled in
Harajuku, Aoyama, Tokyo and set up the Gakkai to teach Reiki Ryoho and
give treatments. Even outside of the building it was full of pairs of
shoes of the visitors who had come from far and near.” –
- “In September of the 12th year (1923 A.D.) there was a great
earthquake and a conflagration broke out. Everywhere there were groans
of pains from the wounded. Sensei, feeling pity for them, went out every
morning to go around the town, and he cured and saved an innumerable
number of people.

Usui's concepts and five principles
Usui was an admirer of the literary works of the Emperor Meiji (明治天皇 Meiji tennō).
While in the process of developing his Reiki system, Usui summarised
some of the emperor's works into a set of ethical principles (called the
"Concepts" 概念 Gainen), which later became known as the Five Reiki Precepts (五戒 Gokai, meaning "The Five Commandments", from the Buddhist
teachings against killing, thievery, sexual misconduct, lying, and
intemperance). It is common for many Reiki teachers and practitioners to
abide by these five precepts, or principles.[44]

- Usui Reiki Ryōhō Gakkai (臼井靈氣療法學會 in Traditional Chinese Characters, meaning "Usui Reiki Healing Method Learning Society")[47]
is the name of the society of Reiki masters founded by Mikao Usui. His
style is assumed to have survived to the present day (assumed as no-one
knows exactly how the Gakkai practises nowadays), with Ushida being the
one who, upon death, substituted the presidency of the association. This
society remained secret for many years and at present, the shihan
(master), Masaki Kondoh, is the president of the Gakkai. Though many of
their teachings still remain secret, little by little, members of this
association — such as Master Hiroshi Doi — have been sharing their
knowledge with the rest of the world. In spite of this, it continues to
be a hermetic society, nearly impossible to access.[citation needed]

This is the problem with the masters morons..grasshoppers from heaven..they REALLY believe that their truth is the ONLY truth..that their secret technique is the ONLY one...that unless you worship their ass..you are nothing!

REIKI TREATMENT - USUI-SENSEI'S ORIGINAL HAND-POSITIONS
Copyright © 2006 James Deacon
It is said that in the original Usui system, only five formal
hand-positions were used. These focused on the head and neck.
A Reiki treatment session would involve first working in these
five positions, followed by treating specific area of the body
where imbalances presented.
The
five positions were apparently named: zento bu, sokuto bu,
koutou bu, enzui bu, and toucho bu
Treatment
can be given with hands either in direct contact with the client,
or alternatively with hands held a few inches out in the client's
energy field. The example given below uses the latter approach.
While
originally both the person receiving treatment and the person
giving treatment would sit in seiza
position, treatment now more commonly involves the person receiving
treatment sitting on a chair while the person giving treatment
stands.
The
client should sit upright yet relaxed, with their hands in their
lap, or resting on their thighs - their feet should be flat on
the ground. If necessary, a cushion should be provided to support
the lower back. Children, and adult clients of short stature may
also require a firm cushion (or perhaps even a footstool) beneath
their feet if the chair is a little too high for them to place
their feet flat on the floor. An alternative option is of course
a height-adjustable chair
The
treatment procedure:
You
- the practitioner - should stand a meter or so in front of the
client. Both you and your client perform gassho rei - the
gassho bow.
[The
Japanese term gassho refers to a ritual gesture formed
by placing the hands - palms together, in the prayer-position
- in front of the mouth - the fingertips at a level just below
the nose. (Many people also perform gassho with hands positioned
in front of the chest at a level just above the heart.) Gassho
rei involves bowing from the hip - back kept straight - with
the hands in the gassho position. The bow / gassho
implies recognition of the oneness of all beings. This gesture
is also used to show reverence to Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Patriarchs
& Teachers. ]
You
then move to stand behind the client.
To
begin, centre yourself - do what you do to let the Reiki flow:
some people like to place their hands on the client's shoulders
(- as if they were going to give them a shoulder massage) - as
a means of making a 'connection' with the client.
Draw the relevant symbols if you chose to - in your mind's-eye
or in physical space. Silently intone their mantra-names (or their
kotodama if you work with these)...
As
a general guideline, (especially for newer students), it is commonly
recommended that you stay at each of the positions described for
about 3 -5 minutes or so - however, the sooner new students begin
trusting their intuition in these matters, the better, so do what
feels right at the time.
zento
bu:
With a steady, flowing movement, reach around in front of the
client so as to position your hands about two to four inches in
front of their forehead at the level of the hairline - palms flat,
facing towards the client, your middle fingers almost touching
each other. Stay with this position as long as is necessary.
sokuto
bu:
When you feel ready to do so, smoothly draw your hands apart and
around to the sides of the client's head so as to position them
over the clients temples - again, two to four inches away from
the surface of the client's head. Stay with this position as long
as is necessary.
koutou bu:
Moving your body easily and smoothly to the client's left
side, at the same time, your left hand moves to take up a position
two to four inches infront of the centre of the client's forehead,
your right hand moves to the back of their head - to a position
just above their occipital ridge (the point where neck and skull
meet) - two to four inches away from the client's head. Stay
with this position as long as is necessary.
enzui bu:
Moving easily
and smoothly to stand behind the client once more, at the same
time your hands move to take up position two to four inches to
either side of the client's neck. Stay with this position as long
as is necessary.
toucho
bu:
Smoothly move your hands upwards and over the client's head, bringing
both hands to rest horizontally two to four inches above their
crown - thumbs should almost touch each other, as should the first
joint of each index finger. Stay with this position as long as
is necessary.
After
completing treatment in each of the five formal positions detailed
above, you may then proceed to treat specific areas where the
client's symptoms are presenting.
[Depending
on the
areas requiring treatment, some practitioners like to sit on a
chair themselves for this part of the process. This is fine as
long as there is no interruption to the 'flow' of the treatment.
If you choose to use a chair, have it already in position at the
optimum distance from the client to allow for ease of access to
the relevant position.]
On
completion of the treatment, do whatever you do to disconnect.
Center yourself.
Move
to stand a meter or so in front of the client.
Manifest
kansha - gratitude - for having been granted this opportunity
to assist your client to heal himself.
To
complete the procedure, both you and your client perform gassho
rei - the gassho bow.
With a steady, flowing movement, reach around in front of the
client...
Smoothly move your hands upwards and over the client's head, bringing
both hands to rest horizontally two to four inches above their
crown - thumbs should almost touch each other, as should the first
joint of each index finger. Stay with this position as long as
is necessary.
What is interesting is this...after I treated that reiki master...he felt his body ,,cool..empty..not existing..and he WAS healed!..on the spot!
this is
the issue..those reiki masters they REALLY believe you can get the powers to heal without opening the ki channels..no meditation is needed.. basically you pay thousands of dollars for some,,initiations,,.*which you can get free by the way in sahaja yoga ..or kripto yoga?* so then you start using,,intent,, to direct your ki to heal..then you get sick like a dog(reminds me of that Master of Disaster dead from some flue at 53 years old like a dog?..what was his name?..
Choa kok sui?.. indeed..rest in peace you moron!..( http://kriptodanny.blogspot.ro/2009/10/pranic-healing-guru-dies-like-dog-at-53.html )
REALLY ..but the main point is the ONE SHIELD energy....that Usui knew his stuff..see?..first of all..he started from the sahasrara(head)..then moved lower to the neck..
All he did was JUST hold the palms there..
From my vast experience in healing..my main major healings were when I just held my palms on the head of people..couple times I awoke some people from comatose state..some other times I healed severe diseases ...
Now...why I know he was doing it right?..look of his method..
With a steady, flowing movement, reach around in front of the
client...
Smoothly move your hands upwards and over the client's head, bringing
both hands to rest horizontally two to four inches above their
crown - thumbs should almost touch each other, as should the first
joint of each index finger. Stay with this position as long as
is necessary.
see?..how CAN you KNOW how long is necessary?..this is the mark of a master..he KNOWS!
This means..he ,,feels,, the transfer of energy!!..you can't fool him !!..see?..it KNOWS if there is pain there..it KNOWS by the feeling of energy!..it KNOWS when the pain is gone also!..
If you have some pain...for example..and you try to lie to me..if I sense the energy I KNOW ..not from your words!..from my sensing the energy!..see?
Anyway..I am happy to have discovered the TRUE way of how the Reiki founder healed..not NON_SENSE chakras..etc..or ,,turbo reiki.more powerful than ever..learn it ..only 9,99 at amazon.com?..
So the missing point is the 21 days of fasting...why he didn't say..Hey...do what I did,..and you get the same results?..WHY this Usui instead chose some,,secret mantras,,..some serious thousands of cash from your wallet to get the,,reiki levels??..
Why NOT say..meditate like me in silence with no food..no water..21 one days like a coyote on the top of the mountain..
You will either die..or you'll find reiki..this is my teaching.
BUT NO!..masters invent NEW methods..and explain..even though I NEVER EVER DONE IT..THIS IS GOOD FOR YOUR FRUITCAKE ASS..
Really?
I WISH THE Masters EXPLAIN to their GRASSHOPPERS what THEY DID THEMSELVES!
Not imagine new stuff!!..
Show me your experience..your tribulations ...your miracles..but DO NOT invent something you have never tried it!
Oki?..Usui?..
Good Usui Master you are..good boy!..next time learn!
Kripto has left the building singing,,sweet caroline....
In order to subdue the mind, act with non-action.
Of movement and stillness, be aware of their origin;
There is no work to do, much less someone to seek.
The true and constant must respond to phenomena;
Responding to phenomena, you must be unconfused.
When unconfused, the nature will stabilize by itself;
When the nature stabilizes, energy returns by itself.
When energy returns, the elixir crystallizes by itself;
Within the pot, the trigrams of kǎn and lí(heaven and earth) are joined.
Yīn and yáng arise, alternating over and over again;
Every transformation comes like a clap of thunder.
White clouds form and come to assemble at the peak;
The sweet nectar sprinkles down Mount Sumeru.
Swallow for yourself this wine of immortality;
You wander so freely—who is able to know you?
Sit and listen to the tune played without strings;
Clearly understand the mechanism of creation.
It comes entirely from these twenty lines;
A true ladder going straight to Heaven.-Daoist text -
"The center of the cyclone is that
rising quiet central low-pressure place in which one can learn to live
eternally. Just outside of this Center is the rotating storm of
one's own ego, competing with other egos in a furious high-velocity
circular dance. As one leaves center, the roar of rotating wind
deafens on more and more as one joins this dance. One's centered
thinking-feeling-being, one's own Satoris, are in the center only,
not outside. One's pushed-pulled driven states, one's anti-Satori
modes of functioning, one's self-created hells, are outside the

us.
