Faith in Your Divine Spark by Tom Russell

Does inner work require us to fix something? Or, is a change of Heart authored by a source higher than effort? Are we so caught up in trying to change, be more spiritual, or finally “attain” enlightenment, that we make the present manifestations of our inner world enemies to be conquered? Would this set up friction between what is present and what we think should be present?

Your wish for growth is the Universe’s longing for expansion. Yes, this wish is sacred and worthy of reverence. However, it is perfectly capable of unfoldment without our tense involvement. It simply needs our willingness to play with spiritual principles, to let them tread lightly in the depths of our Being. The wish needs a sense of humor and lightness in order to unfold, not burdens of obligation and “hard” work. This appreciation of the vast power in your Heart’s wish for growth is what the Bible calls Faith.

As the Universe unfolds its Divine Spark within, we find that the Spark itself enjoys living with awareness in daily life. It prefers discipline and decency. It enjoys creativity, and perhaps keeping a journal. It is not doing “spiritual things” in order to arrive somewhere. It simply finds great joy in living this way. The Divine Spark has discovered that “ease and happiness are superior to guilt and tension.” The Spark expresses spirituality effortlessly and joyously, which means we can cease the endless struggle to get it right.

So, when you find yourself wallowing in self-condemnation for not doing enough, not applying spiritual principles, not stopping anger or stress, or for making a “tragic” mistake, then pause for a moment and have Faith. Recognize and appreciate the Spark instead of trying to do something to help it. Harmonize with wisdom already present.

Declare with the writer from New Testament, “When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things.”

Self-condemnation over not being spiritual enough is childish and unnecessary. The Universe takes care of its Sparks. Living this wisdom down deep inside, instead of just with verbal acknowledgment, is a master key!

Everything in this article Lao-Tse said in far fewer words when he wrote, “Who is there who can make muddy waters clear? But if allowed to remain still, it will gradually clear itself?” Christ also when he declared, “Of myself I can do nothing, but my Father within me, He doeth the works.” All credit is due the Source, the Father.

Self-Reliance Tips of the Month

• When you are in tune with your own world, you are aware of disharmony in the worlds of other people, but this disharmony does not enter your world. (Vernon Howard)

• Belonging to an elite group, whether or not it be real or self-claimed, allows its members to feel superior, to be condescending, and to denigrate others. (Dr. Paul Brunton)

Can we find a way of living in which there is not a breath of imitation, conformity, suppression? (J. Krishnamurti)

• Nothing is more useful or more interesting than to pull yourself up suddenly and notice where you are inside and where you are going. (Dr. Maurice Nicoll)

****************************

“Because the individual self, which is nothing but the mind, has lost the knowledge of its identity with the real Self, and has emeshed itself in bondage, its search for the Self, its own eternal primal nature, resembles that of the shepherd searching for a lamb which all the time he bears on his own shoulders.” (Ramana Maharshi)

Comment: The spiritual quest begins with mental curiosity. When mental curiosity touches the boundaries of the mind and begins a transition to cosmic curiosity, the mind is threatened. What arises flows. It is not in a box and it cannot be controlled. There’s now a new state of suspension and uncertainty, which is the last thing the boundaries want. It’s so simple! We can allow cosmic curiosity to blossom out of mental curiosity. It is as different and fascinating as the butterfly emerging from the caterpillar. (Tom Russell)

****************************

This is one of the worst delusions we have. We think that negative emotions are produced by circumstances, whereas all negative emotions are in us, inside us. This is a very important point… We have negative emotions because we permit them, justify them, explain them by external causes.” (P.D. Ouspensky)

Comment: The contrast of these two explorations reveals a major inner development principle. One’s blending with the impersonal world of present Oneness expands through lofty statements like the one from Maharshi. Conversely, one’s insight into self-deceit must also grow deeper. Vernon Howard once illustrated it to his class by raising both his hands at the same time, stressing how important it is that our perception grow in both directions. All true books or talks strike powerful cords with both hands. If any author or leader falls too far on either side, his or her teaching loses its power. (Tom Russell)

Wisdom from Vernon Howard

When Thomas More’s book Utopia was first published a large number of readers believed that Utopia was an actual country. Some even planned to send missionaries there to convert the natives. Because a man fails to check the facts he wastes his time in illusory aims. One of them is the wish to save others from delusion before he has rescued himself. Know that facts prevent follies. (700 Inspiring Guides to a New Life)

Comment: Just as when Christ spoke of the Kingdom of Heaven, all they could do was place it out there.

Lucas & Mr. R
by Gordon Rand

Lucas came to my class and sat before the computer in a negative slouch. He refused to do the assignment of writing down book titles and authors for his reading list for the year. I pulled up a chair beside him and began this dialogue:

Mr. R: Lucas, what happened this morning?

Lucas: I don’t want to talk about it!

Mr. R: Did it happen in your last class?

Lucas: Yeah, I got in trouble with the teacher.

Mr. R: So it happened last class and you brought it along and it’s still with you?

Lucas: (Mumbling) You bet!

Mr. R: But Lucas, all that happened last hour, so where is it right now?

Lucas: In my mind!!

Mr. R: So, can you empty your mind of it? Now that you know where it is?

Lucas: Oh, no! It’s too hard!

Comment: Even though Lucas denied that he could drop the emotions he carried into the room, he relaxed, brightened and started doing his work. He continued in better spirits the rest of the day.

All through life we carry thoughts and experiences into the present, long after the they are over. They infect the present with past pains. Lucas could not be spontaneous in class until a small light was shown on where his real problem was…in his mind, which became a catalyst for him to move beyond the negative state.

In Nirvana your little ego is snuffed out

*note* This Ganesh Baba was a serious hashish smoker..as a true wild man he was.He was one of a kind(please check the link above for more details)
Why the world needs such saints?..simple..to abandon your ideas about being,,nice,, and,,speak properly,,
Yet,he WAS realized...(I do recognize him)
I just hope I won't be like him, that's all..lol..he was one mf indeed.However..I'll include this link where he explains very well Kriya yoga..(not that I'm a fan of it,I'm a sahaja yogi)
http://www.emuse.com/ganesh/esoteric.htm
Anyway....god bless him,for I never understood the freaking secrets teachings of Kriya yoga..yet..he spells them out here like there is no tomorrow(the only thing I approve is the straight back he adamantly wants..from my experience kundalini makes your back like an arrow...straight...anyway!..this post was about his marvelous explanation of Nirvana...where your little ego is snuffed out...lol...let us read it again.
In Nirvana your little ego is snuffed out. Nirvana is a process of being snuffed out. Nirvana is a defocalization on the sensate world and switching over our consciousness to the insensate world of intuition, of inner light, and of inner oscilloscopic vision in our gyral center. We have to penetrate the various sheaths or planes. The annamayakosha is the surface plane, the physical plane, the anatomical, the physiological, the mirror-image plane. Then there is the plane of the inner biological processes, that's called the pranamayakosha. Then after penetrating these we become conscious of the manomayakosha, the psychic sheath. Then beyond the psychic sheath is the vijnanakayakosha, the intellectual sheath. Then you go into what's called the anandamayakosha and through that you go out into the wide field, infinity. Your little ego becomes completely unified with the cosmic unified field of ultimate universal reality. That is the state of Nirvana, which a few have had the good fortune to reach. But even if that highest goal is not reached, one step toward that supreme synthesis is a step indeed.

SYNCHRONISATION TO COSMIC ACTION

Kriya or simulation of Cosmic Action is primarily scanning the Kutastha , the Cosmic Sky, -- the Holy Sea, both blue, within us. The orb of Light seen at Kriya initiation or any Ideal Psychedelic “Experience” encircles that dark deep blue (azure-amethyst) pineal spot. Constant Kriya gets one gradually keyed to the Kutastha (the pineal Periscopic Screen, the ‘Cosmic Space-Maha-Akash or Maha-Sunnya – within us), the Unifying Centre which combines both the Light and the Dark principles as a SINGLE UNITARY PRINCIPLE.

As a matter of fact, the Kutastha is the crucial Centre on which Kriya-‘attention’ is focused. It is the focal point of All Cosmic Actvity; the Centre within us which is a resonant reflection of the omnipotent Centre of the entire created cosmos. Thus this is the hub-centre of all Cosmic Action; thought, the Primal Creative Cosmic Action. is one single Ultimate Unified Universal Power, one single Action, i.e. the Production of “pronov” (Primordial notal vibration), symbolized variously as Aum, (primordial), Om (Hindu), Hum (Buddhist), Amen (Christian), Omen (Jewish), and Ameen (Islamic), as it were the hum or buzz of the Cosmic Creative Motor.

This is how Kutastha, ‘Pineal’ for all practical purposes and ‘Pronov’ are intimately inter-related. The Pineal is the Pronov-centre within us as the seat of the immanent psycho-spiritual principle. These are the latter pair of the four P’s or Primes, or, pedestals, of Kriya-Yoga; Posture and Pranayama being the first pair.

Pranayam, in order not to relapse into a mere mechanical breathing exercise, must include intent ‘Visualization’ or “peering” at the Pineal, aaccompanied by mentation of ‘Pronov” (without vocal verbationi), the vibration that is reverberating in the Created Cosmos and also resonating our ‘pineal’ – the prime psycho-spiritual Centre between our eyebrows.

PRANAYAM (Regular reposeful respiration) is the most immediate and important component of cosmic pulsation, repetitively reproduced as the respiration process - the most vital, life sustaining biological function so long as we are alive.

Its practice, therefore, amounts to plain and simple optimal reposed and rhythmic breathing. Continuous or sustained breathing is thus a crucial condition of continuous life process and vice-versa. They are directly dependent on each other. Stop breathing, life stops; stop life, breathing stops.

But proper Pranayam (P2) cannot be practiced without proper erect spinal Posture (P1), the first ‘P’ of the four ‘P’s of Yoga. Similarly proper Pineal-peering (visualization) or P3, does not yield optimally without proper ‘Pronov-mentation’ (ajapa: unspoken, non-chanted, unuttered repetition of the sacred syllable (om) – The ‘word’ that was with God, the Word that was God – Genesis I;I), P4. These are the twin neighbours of Pranayam P2 in the natural order of the four Primes (The prime posts or pillars of the pedestal), or simply the four P’s of Kriya-yoga: Posture P1, Pranayam P2, Pineal P3 and Pronov P4.

In practicing Yoga, esp. Kriya-Yoga, proper priority of perfection (the same natural serial sequence as the order in which the four P’s have been Placed above) must be maintained.

When the 4P’s are perfected, one is ready for higher experiments in Kriya-Yoga. It is the primary pedestal on which the entire Yogic Process or System is squarely placed. The Higher stages are available to those who can successfully negotiate the ‘ground-floor:

the 4Ps.

Proper Posture P1, is almost always, the ‘Anatomical position,’ or simply fully-erect spine. Posture and straight spine are not only somewhat symphonetic but are almost synonymous in Yogic parlance. Bucked-up-back is the primary pose for Proper Posture P 1.

This must constantly, continuously, without any excuse for interruption, be maintained by every aspiring human being having even an iota of initial sense of evolutionary role of man in the cosmic context. At the time of Kriya-meditation, (real Transcendental Meditation, not the fictional, if not fictitious, as the ones in the current vogue abroad), however, ‘Lotus Posture’ is an added advantage to set the body-mind machine on its optimal operational ‘Communion,’ the highest item in human aspiration, the summital specific property of our species in the scheme of evolution. But remember it is only for an added advantage, not a must. Any other position, with Spinal Column maintained as a column (that is a most important ‘must’) is good enough for constant Kriya.

We have only to keep ‘tuned-in’ to that Vital-function. “Kriya-initiation” is that crucial ‘turning on’ of the human machine. It is like ‘Switching on’ the Psycho-Somatic integrated circuit: an introduction into the neon eye or magic-eye indicator of activised pineal glowing radiantly in the inner sky of consciousness, the inner orb of Light, encircling the azure-amethyst ellipse at the center of the periscopic psychic screen of inward vision at the Kutastha. The Kriya-initiator, whose pineal is already activated and maintained in activised state can consciously activate another’s pineal by process of psycho-somatic inductance. The aspirant then can recapture it through practice of 4-p or psycho-spiritual resonance of ‘Pronov.’

Once introduced and acquainted with the activated ‘Pineal glow’ on the screen of inner, closed-eye vision, i.e., once ‘turned on’ or ‘initiated’ into Kriya yoga, (4P’s), one can recall and reproduce or rather recapture the effulgent Aura of inner White Light by simultaneous quadratic or 4P Action as explained and demonstrated by Kriya mentor or Master. That is the essence of ‘tuning-in’ technique. Kriya-practice is the only appropriate process for a proper ‘tuning-in.’ Biochemical boosting by psychedelic drugs such as L.S.D., mescaline, cannabis and the entire rest… may, in certain extreme cases, be diagnostically indicated as additives to proper ‘turning on’ or ‘tuning in.’ Kriya technique is the only scientific, automatic auto’’tuning in’ device open to the common average man aspiring after Self-realization, - progressive experience of existential reality by conscious creative Self effort (Saadhana).

These things will not, in the beginning be perfectly clear to you, unless you do practice Kriya rightly, regularly and punctually. In other things you may better let yourself break from routine, rigid regularity or punctuality. But only in the field of striving for conscious self-guided Communion with the Cosmic Consciousness, the Lord!- You have to be rigidly regular and routined.

While you are in the ‘initiate stage,’ you must severly restrict the open discussion of the intimate esoteric subjects to only very intimate co-initiates, or more ideally, completely deny any discussion with any body, who-soever. It is a very essential part of your sikhya or education in the matter that you must avoid discussion or divulging of details.

But the main effective thing is your regular daily-dose of Kriya – diving daily into your own calm center (Pineal Periscope). – (T.S.Eliot) or in Kriya terminology:

Kutasta. (Pineal Periscope).

Yes, Kutastha is the Central core of our Spirituo-Conscious, Bio-psychic or psycho-somatic, Electro-magnetic, and physio-chemical being. It is the active vital Center of our organizing ability as advanced organisms in the scheme of general volution. In fact it is the crucial core of our being. It is the seat of our total being. It is also the effulgent center of the Concent-rated, Condensed Consciousness and as it were the ‘space-launching’ base for catapult-ing the Capsule of the Spiritual Cosmonaut in us into the open expanse of Cosmic Consciousness.

Those who traverse and scan the Cosmic Sky, the Spiritual space-the Holy Sea, the Cosmicave of Consciousness at the Kutastha, by Kriya-Communion through Yoni Mudra or the Modulation for recapturing the Genetic-Vision which was demonstrated to you at the time of ‘initiation’ and which yo were especially enjoined to practice. You were also asked to practice Pranayam with regular, reposed, reciprocal, rhythmic respiration by using both upper and lower lungs and the diaphragm simultaneously (Integral Breathing). This was also practically demonstrated to you.

Well it is that you do it off and on in between close secular works; and, after some time of practice, even in the course and conduct of these works. They become almost automatic in the course of constant and close practice. Almost all functional works become guided by an automatic Cosomic Compass steering the Course of Ships of your lives in this vast turbulent ocean of The World and leading you to your home-ports in Infinity and Eternity.

Mind you some specific regular appointed ‘Kriya-time’ (or Quiet-time) is a must of the Initiate. As you proceed with your Kriya-practice consistently and sincerely, being honest to your own very ‘selves’, the impact, implications and scientific significance of these statements will burst forth into your then clarified field of consciousness. Closer and closer you go toward the visible Calm-centre demonstrated during Kriya-vision at the Pineal Screen, clearer and clearer shall become the total import of these long-sentenced statements. Their sense will then dawn on you with their total clarity and utter simplicity. Because by then they would have been part of your actually realized experiences, the truths that realize or eXperience by actual empirical eXperiments.

As in the laboratory experiments of science and technology, so in the yogic experiments of this Scientific Spiritualisation Process, the same common sense of empiricism prevails. Only the Yogi’s laboratory expands into the entire Cosmos in which his ‘body-mind’ machine becomes an Integral Instrument – a superduper, radio-television, gyro-oscillo-spectroscope that can ‘receive’ and ‘radiate’; come into rapport with the various ‘quantum-levels’ of Cosmic consciousness, Consciously, voluntarily, volitionally in the course of his/hers empirical experiments which Kriya practice indeed is.

Kriya-Yoga is totally systematic, scientific, methodical, and technically perfect if properly utilized and can withstand any assault from any quarter, without yielding even an inch to the highest ‘high-priests’ of profanity.

Don’t forget ‘you’; ‘we all’ are Integrated psychosomatic machines (Nature’s Integrated Circuits) which monitor the manufacture of millions of myriads of man-made machines. The working principles of all mechanical gadgets, machines, engines, and technological projects discovered up-to-date, and to be discovered by human ingenuity, are all products of human thought intellection, moulding machination. These Crucial Creative Capacities are inherent and potential in every human being. There cannot be any argument that the human machine is a superduper one, the manufacture of which is evidently transcending any conceivable ingenuity of any man-made science, at any conceivable time, period or epoch.

That man can never manufacture a man, as he manufactures a machine is beyond the fondest or proudest human hopes or imagination. Man’s ingenuity can stretch to study and understand the workings and principles of the human machine and to make it work for progressive perfection along his/her optimal evolutionary Course through the phenomenal universe.

But its highest utilizations are in the arena of the astral or occult and causal or spiritual sciences such as tantra and yoga. That’s in the area or region of Spiritual Sciences and Technologies – the Integral or Synthetic Sciences of Communion and auto-integration. All sciences (both the material and the spiritual) are closely-inter-related and interconnected fields. As a matter of fact, between them they constitute the Complete Science, the Total Technology: Gnosis—Absolute Knowledge WISDOM! The multidimensional discipline! Neglecting even any small aspect in the total scheme of Science, a close, complete, composite tool for exploring and expanding into Infnity in all its diverse ramifications in the finite relatve range!

Such a central crucial and critical-science is Kriya into which you have been duly Initiated – the Primary Introduction. As you proceed with the practice of the 4P’s the other successive initiations will be automatically done or automatically arranged for being done through personal imparting by Guru. According to Col. Powell the great theoscientist, that’s what I call the so-called Theosophists, there are five initiations intervening the initial Initiation and attainment of Adeptship. Science tallies admirably with the views of Lahiri Mahasaya, one of the greatest exponents and experimenters in esoteric Kriya-science of Raja-Yoga. I agree; simply because it admirable agrees with the five broad elements or ingredients of our body; solid, liquid, gas, energy and vacuum the 5 broad-spectrum elements in our bio-bodies called the panch bhutas. Each initiation is a successive transcend-ence through these five elements in order to transcend the limits of the physical body. Fine indeed is Nature’s matching of means and End! Fine indeed.

Liu I-Ming the Tao Master speaks

*note*..I have no idea whom this Liu I-Ming was,but I like his words..
Some taoist priest,anyway..ahaaa..the great Tao!..lol
He said something only a realized person would understand...this is your test.
Can you understand his mumble-jumble about mindfulness?..
If you do,you're realized..Congrats!
-added by danny-
..........................
"What is referred to as mindlessness is absence of the human
mentality; what is referred to as mindfulness is mindfulness of the
Tao. When one is free of the human mentality, the mutual sensing of
the earthly and celestial is swift; when one is mindful of the Tao,
effective practice endures. Swiftness of sensing comes about
spontaneously, without cultivation, without striving; long
perseverance comes about through effort, and involves action and
striving. Striving and non-striving each has its secret; the
distinction is all a matter of the absence of the human mentality
and the presence of mindfulness of the Tao. After one has reached
complete realization of the universal Tao, neither existence nor
nonexistence remain; others and self are ultimately empty, and one
enters the state of ultimate truthfulness, like a spirit. Here, it
is not only the human mentality that cannot be applied; even the
mindfulness of Tao is not applicable." - Liu I-ming----------

"But when you become the Spirit, the Spirit, being the collective
consciousness itself' is the reality, the concept becomes your
awareness."

The Devine Play

*note...this poem is not mine, but posted with the permission of the author,,his name is
"The Devine Play"
============ =====
Today, got to see a beautiful play,
A Drama by a divine in her ‘Maya ‘ way
Crowd of statues were standing on the stage
No emotions,no sensation with their spirits in the cage
But what the luck they had indeed
An energy became an angel for them in need
She landed on the stage and touched one of the statue
And for his wonder, gotta experience a life that's new
He was then able to touch and feel
Joyous so much to live life with zeal
He learned to smile, then he learned to share,
Without discrimination, he learned to care
Then the angel gave him a miraculous plant
And ask to water it daily without any, ” Can’t”
Proper care and nourishment as long as it’ll gain
Will prevent him to become the statue again
And also blessed him with full powers of her
Even with his touch now, realisaton could occur
He waters the plant daily and the real magic begins
Whatever he does in thoughtlessness he always wins.
And when the negativity pushes him back and not let him won,
He ask to the angel and see how things get done
He started giving the plants to each and every statue
And ask them to have this experience new
Some find it unreal and some are keen
For the conversion from Statue to the living being
Gradually, masses of seekers got into transformation
Blessed with this ultimate truth of self realization
Some saints took proper care of their subtle system plant
While some got into the words like ,"I really want but sometimes can't"
The Angel kept on saying to follow protocol
Time is short,do not again fall
If you serve your plant with care today,
Tommorrow it'll become a tree with the shadow on the way
Gradually saint's plant were seen growing into tree
The whole world was covering with this beautiful greenery
Then on stage ,the statues and the living being
came across a predefine transformation scene
The conversion of Kal yuga to Satya yuga took place
We were the witness of this changing phase
Heavy storm came ,and the chaos in the stage
The gale took away everything of this age
The statues with their dry plant disappeared suddenly
And the saints were taken care by their respective tree.
Remembering to thank the angel of that play
Who saved all the saints through her ‘Maya’ way"

Beyond beliefs
Sahaja yoga is just bliss
The inner joy,the one you miss
Sahaja yoga is above
The petty struggles..it's just love
It doesn't make you drink more beer
Your mind becomes so crispy clear
It is above the confrontation
It is about emancipation
It is your spirit shining though
Your heart,your eyes..your fingers too
It is with self a love affair
You breathe the joy ,not only air
You are a rainbow butterfly
You raise your wings..and go high..high..
You are alone and yet collective
Whatever you do..you're protected
You are reminded who you are
The God Almighty's sparkling star
My dear friend, the life is short
Don't let your soul become too old
Just feel the sunshine..it's not cold!!
Beyond beliefs..open your eyes
To inner kingdom's paradise!!!

Turkey on the wall
Turkeys,turkeys on the wall
Oh,I want to eat them all...
Stick my teeth inside their brain
Eating turkey makes me sane!
Like a good american
I want turkey on the bun
Turkey's not what it might seem..
It's my american dream!
love,danny..hahahaha~!!!!!
-The loving vampire-

Lights are off,it's time to go
Out the window I crawl slow
Wait till neighbors go to sleep
On the maidens then I creep
I'm the one they mostly fear
In their hearts they hold me dear
I'm the one they fear most
But for them I'm holy ghost
I'm the one whom they forsake
I want them to be awake
I'm the one they never speak
In their hearts for me they seek
Just for me the windows close
But I brake them with my nose
I'm the one they try to flee
Never knowing what I see
I'm the one they try to purge
But for me they feel the urge
I make inner fears burst
And for me they feel the thirst
So,as long I won't retire
I'm one happy,loved vampire!!!

.........................................................

-The fly in the wind-

I'm just a fly in the wind
When I let my wings spring
I still remember ,and I sing
I'm butterfly in my true being.!!.

I love commas(they love me)
Nothing I could do,you see?
Try to find my true desire
Am I fly,or just vampire?

Maybe fly,or maybe butter
Maybe butter,maybe fly
Who's to ask, who's to say why?
Being with God is all that matter.!!.

I'm just a fly in the wind
But when I let my wings spring
I fly above,and then I sing
I'm butterfly in my true being..!!
................
-You think you are free..then give me a kiss!!-

You think you are free, and that's why I'm happy
You think you can see,and that's why I'm creepy
Till day when you'll find me,I'll crawl and I'll hiss
You're free like a bird?...then give me a kiss...
You're free like a bird, the cage is your hope
I'm free as vampire,I sneak up your throat
You're free from yourself, and think you are great
My fangs in the darkness just see you as bait
The thoughts you have nurtured ,for me they are bliss
And know I'll be waiting for you in abyss
You think you are free, and that's why I'm happy
You think you can see,and that's why I'm creepy
Till day when you'll find me,I'll crawl and I'll hiss
You're free like a bird?..then give me a kiss...
The freedom you speak ..it's quiet up there
I smile in the mirror ..the men's not aware
My fingers are long,my patience eternal
I sing and I dance ...and you are still carnal
I rave and I crave I loathe and I eat
The power within as long you don't seek
My breakfast you are...my crumb on my cakes
I want you to think...you're free from mistakes.
And this is my power, the time I expand
And this is Drakula, and you are my friend
And that's why I love you,as free as you think
Your ass is all mine and your vein makes me sing!
You think you are free, and that's why I'm happy
You think you can see,and that's why I'm creepy
Till day when you'll find me,I'll crawl and I'll hiss
You're free as a bird?..then give me a kiss...

-Happy Dreams-

Dawn is near,shadow lives
White fangs shining in abyss

In the night the crawling beings
Are the ones you really miss..
Time has come to check your vein

Cas' this night is quite insane
By the windows,full of teeth
The vampires hide beneath...
Riga Kripto fought them all
As a mushroom with a soul
But vampires bit his ass
Wasn't poisonous I guess..
When you sleep,someone will bite
Don't get worried,tense or tight
When they creep, they won't be sane
Don't forget,relax the vein...
Happy dreams will be indeed
Bloody fangs just want to feed
And the creatures of the night
Never lose you from their sight..
Crawling,creeping,biting bliss
White fangs shining in abyss

When you wake up always check
The two punctures on your neck!!!
...................................
-Imagine-

Imagine all like Danny
It's easy if you try
And we are all bloodsuckers
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people
Living just like me..heee--heeehe
Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
With all vampires rooming
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living just in bliss..heee-heehe
You might say I'm a yogi
But I'm not the only one
I hope one day you'll join me
And the world will be mine!!!!
Imagine no possessions
Don't try because you can't
No need for greed or hunger
Your money's mine to spend
Imagine all the people
Sharing the bliss for me...heee-heehe
You might say I'm a yogi
But I'm not the only one
I hope one day you'll join us
From us please don't you run...

About the lapone Enigel

In fresh sleep, sweet dreams are near..
Riga Kripto,...I'd be merry
The sweet dreams I really crave
But the shadow's really scary
Come to me ,the sunshine's great...
Emerged from shadows towards his love
Riga Kripto wished the best...
But the sun was bright above
Died at once ,in sunshine's nest..
The forest's story I have told
Apart from sun,where shadow rooms
Where Enigel's afraid of cold
And where once lived the king of mushrooms ..
*note* this is a direct translation from a famous romanian poem wrote by someone else, named ,,riga kripto,,..I tried my best to translate it in english, the meaning only, the actual poem is very long.
My name, kriptodanny actually was from this poem.I am not aware of anyone whom translated this in english as good as above.

-The Power Within-

I am just the fire..but you are the furnace..
I am just the flame, but you are the candle..
And trust me,for others,I can be a manace..
But you are my soulmate..
And you are my goddess...
If I'd had the thought..or wish or desire....
Your body'd be mine...on water and fire...
Just wish I can die...this dream I am dreaming
Before I will do it..for this is my aiming..
For there are 3 levels on state of the being
The first is the ego,and that makes you sing?
The second..subconscious..the dude with the power
He's creeping on you..2 times every hour..
The third the unconscious...the place of the spirit
The one who controlls it,,the powers,.and share it...
So never forget the power within...
For you are a rainbow...the one beyond being...
So never search beyond my eyes..
Look!!..for your inner paradise!!!
.............................
Beyond beliefs
Sahaja yoga is just bliss
The inner joy,the one you miss
Sahaja yoga is above
The petty struggles..it's just love
It doesn't make you drink more beer
Your mind becomes so crispy clear
It is above the confrontation
It is about emancipation
It is your spirit shining though
Your heart,your eyes..your fingers too
It is with self a love affair
You breathe the joy ,not only air
You are a rainbow butterfly
You raise your wings..and go high..high..
You are alone and yet collective
Whatever you do..you're protected
You are reminded who you are
The God Almighty's sparkling star
My dear friend, the life is short
Don't let your soul become too old
Just feel the sunshine..it's not cold!!
Beyond beliefs..open your eyes
To inner kingdom's paradise!!!

-SPIDERS on the LAKE-
....................................
Life is like a box of chocolate
Never know what dreams will get
Till the sun appears set
There is something to forget..
Will you wake up from the dream?
Can the path be always lean?
Were you dreaming in the sun?
By the beats of romping drum..
You were child and you were dreaming
Dreaming that you were awake
And the thought is quite unsettling
Walking thru the sleeper's gate
Never thinking for a second
Who's asleep and who is late
Who's the spider in the lake
Who's the one you shall forsake
For the dreamer's dreams are fake
When the sunshine stops to shine
Then your darkness it's your sign
Black and white and blue and ice
Sleeping pill is paradise
For the spiders from the lake
Wait for you to be awake
If you're not, they'll talk to you
Black and white and icy blue
For the lake wants you awake
Not for you but for it's sake
There is nothing what it seems
Only sleepers live the dreams..

Sweet about me

*note*...this is a very interesting song from Gabriella...it makes sense only if you see the illusion.
Otherwise..you'll believe she is sweet...lol..one only projects the love, and the sweetness from ones self..be careful what you wish for,dear..

Sweet about me
Nothing sweet
About me, yeah

If there's lessons
To be learned
I'd rather get
My jamming words
In first, so
When your playing
With desire
Don't come running
To my place
When it burns
Like fire, boy

Commitment

W.H. Murray on Commitment

... Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness. Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one elementary truth, the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves, too.

All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one's favor all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamt would have come his way. I learned a deep respect for one of Goethe's couplets:

Whatever you can do or dream you can, begin it.
Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it!

Healing Challenge
by Anthony de Mello
“Calamities can bring growth and Enlightenment,”
said the Master. And he explained it thus:
“Each day a bird would shelter in the withered
branches of a tree that stood in the middle of a vast
deserted plain. One day a whirlwind uprooted the
tree, forcing the poor bird to fly a hundred miles in
search of shelter — till it finally came to a forest of
fruit-laden trees.”And he concluded: “If the withered
tree had survived, nothing would have induced the
bird to give up its security and fly.”

Always remember that you are trapped only by
your wrong thought toward a situation, never by the
situation itself. This does not mean that you necessarily
remain in an unwanted position; it means you
must first see your own faulty thinking toward it.
Unless this is done, you will merely leap from the
battered ship into the stormy sea.
An anxious attempt to destroy enemies must certainly
fail. Don’t try to destroy enemies, whoever or
whatever they are. Even if you succeed, you fail, for
they disappear only to be replaced by other adversaries,
as your experience has shown you. This forces
you into battle after battle until you are worn out.
The right way is to let enemies destroy themselves.
You start by seeing that enemies are not
external to you. No, your enemies are not cruel
people or frustrating conditions. It only appears so
because you do not as yet understand. But you can
start all over with a fresh mind. You can replace
THINKING with KNOWING.(Vernon Howard)

The Hungry Monk

Once there was a monk who was an expert on the Diamond Sutra, and as books were very valuable in his day, he carried the only copy in his part of the world on his back. He was widely sought after for his readings and insight into the Diamond Sutra, and very successful at propounding its profundities to not only monks and masters but to the lay people as well. Thus the people of that region came to know of the Diamond Sutra, and as the monk was traveling on a mountain road, he came upon an old woman selling tea and cakes.

The hungry monk would have loved to refresh himself, but alas, he had no money. He told the old woman, "I have upon my back a treasure beyond knowing -- the Diamond Sutra. If you will give me some tea and cakes, I will tell you of this great treasure of knowledge."

The old woman knew something of the Diamond Sutra herself, and proposed her own bargain. She said, "Oh learned monk, if you will answer a simple question, I will give you tea and cakes." To this the monk readily agreed. The woman then said, "When you eat these cakes, are you eating with the mind of the past, the mind of the present or the mind of the future?"

No answer occurred to the monk, so he took the pack from his back and got out the text of the Diamond Sutra, hoping he could find the answer. As he studied and pondered, the day grew late and the old woman packed up her things to go home for the day.

"You are a foolish monk indeed," said the old woman as she left the hungry monk in his quandary. "You eat the tea and cakes with your mouth."

From the individual to the Void

REMARKS ON ENLIGHTENMENT

For Douglas Harding

By JOSE LE ROY

We talk a lot these days about awakening and enlightenment. In the Western world, more and more men and women are curious about their true nature. So it is more important than ever to be clear about what we mean by enlightenment.

Enlightenment or awakening is the movement from total identification with an individual to a life centred in Emptiness. This movement is revealed through the discovery of a totally new way of seeing oneself and the world, a discovery that is called in the Eastern tradition 'the opening of the third eye'.

This awakening is often described as the egoless state. But what does the word 'ego' really mean? Words such as 'individual', 'person', 'ego' are concepts to which everyone gives their own meaning depending on their cultural and religious background. For Christians theses words have a meaning which they would not have for Buddhists. The only possibility of really clarifying the meaning of awakening is to return to the pure and simple description of the experience.

From the individual to the Void

After enlightenment, what is most remarkable is that the subject, the me is no longer visible. My first impression is to have completely disappeared from the world. When enlightenment happened, I was in my bedroom. I opened the window and what I saw threw me into a state of total astonishment. There was, as usual, the wall of the building in front, the roofs, the court, the patio-stones, but bathed in a light that was incomprehensible and sublime. This vision of the world I beheld as if for the first time. Most of all, I had vanished from the scene. No one was looking at the world ! Douglas Harding describes very precisely his own astonishment at this experience:

It was all, quite literally, breathtaking. I seemed to have stop breathing altogether, absorbed in the Given. Here it was, this superb scene, brightly shining in the clear air, alone and unsupported, mysteriously suspended in the void, and (and this was the real miracle, the wonder and delight) utterly free of "me", unstained by any observer. Its total presence was my total absence, body and soul, lighter than air, clearer than glass, altogether released from myself, I was nowhere around.

The 'me', such I had known it before, had quite literally vanished and in its place was suddenly a seeing that came from nowhere, belonged to nobody and gazed upon the Unknown. From that time, a mystery is alive in the heart of our being: the Void. It becomes impossible to perceive the 'me', to see oneself. Enlightenment is the end of a journey, the end of a quest because the searcher no longer exists. It's exactly the same as waking up from a nightmare. Let us imagine that in a nightmare we are being pursued by a ferocious dog. The fear is so strong that we wake up suddenly in a sweat. All of a sudden, the dream is over: the dog, the chase and the dreamer, every thing has vanished without trace. We discover to our great relief that we are comfortably tucked up in the warmth of our bed. Such is enlightenment : the end of an hallucination.

This seeing, this enlightenment cannot possibly be imagined or conceived of. It can only be lived. This awareness is completely different from our everyday awareness. In the everyday awareness the individual takes as his reference point the body-mind. After awakening, this reference point has disappeared. This disappearance is totally extraordinary because, as from then, life is going to be lived on a new level and in an unknown dimension.

In reality, it is the old 'me' which disappears; the old way of living as a separate individual and located in time and space. A new 'me' , the real 'me' is unveiled. Enlightenment doesn't remove the personal sense, the feeling of existing, but this feeling of being, this 'I AM' is pure; it is no longer identified with an individual who is confronting other individuals. The 'I AM' is not relative, it is absolute; it is an unlimited presence and conscious of itself. This feeling of being alive becomes even more intense. When awakening happened, it was as if I had just been born into the world for the first time. Life before awakening is a dream, a deep coma, a death. The newly discovered 'I AM' has divine attributes. This 'I AM' is beyond time, beyond space, without limits, without size, conscious, empty, full, silent, still and bliss. God the most high is within me and I am in HIM.

So, there we have a paradox. On the one side, I see absolutely no 'me', no observer, nothing and, on the other side, I feel myself to be alive as I never felt before. So we have here a mystery. Whilst diving into the pure Void, I remain, nevertheless, myself; by grace of the pure Void, I am finally myself and this 'me' is nobody!

Free from thoughts and desires

So with enlightenment, life does not stop. What disappears is the mistake of taking oneself to be somebody, of taking oneself for ones' appearance in the mirror. My true nature (what I am) is the total opposite of what I appear to be. In this Emptiness, thoughts and desires do not cease to be. My mind continues to function and life goes on.

But I no longer see thoughts arising from a solid thing that we call a head, but arising from the empty space. The wonderful sense of freedom as a result of enlightenment comes from the free Presence that appeared and which makes me independent from thoughts. Before enlightenment, what I took to be my 'me' was the continual stream of thoughts which produces stress and suffering. Now I see that thoughts arrive from the Void. I no longer identify myself with them, I have the possibility of being behind them. They no longer define me. If it happens that I identify with thoughts and consequently suffer, I now know how to extricate myself from them to find again the place of freedom which is without thoughts and silent. In the deepest centre of the 'me', there is complete and total silence. Of this silence, one can say nothing because it is not an experience; it is non-duality. But it is the background, unknown and transcendent which makes possible all the experiences and within which thoughts arrive. When thoughts are completely absent, silence reigns.

However, all this is not about destroying this marvelous tool; thought in the right place is very useful. Pure thought, that is to say without stress, is a reflection of the wisdom of the Source. This is why the mind is often symbolized by the moon and the wisdom of God by the sun. When it is spontaneous, thought is quite simply a correct response to the situation as it presents itself without the harmful intervention of the ego.

But it is important to leave thought in its right place. Thought is limited and the mind cannot comprehend everything. Thought is created and belongs to the world. The truth is beyond; it is the Source and can only be perceived by a direct intuition and not by the mind. The 'philosopher' who searches for truth through the use of reason is like a man who tries to reach the stars by pulling up his trousers to the sky. It is stupid and dangerous. Stupid because the 'philosophers' are lead to write, in general, vain things. And dangerous because they end up denying that it is possible to know the truth or even that truth exists at all.

On the other hand, it is useless to look to control thoughts. We have in fact a lot of difficulties in letting go (and I have my own difficulties); the ego, the little guy in the mirror has the tendency to come back again and block up the Void to take control of the show. But thoughts are spontaneous and arrive from the Void. Their ultimate Source is the supreme intelligence. So it's useless to get upset about it: the world takes care of itself. My life will run much smoother if nobody is thinking. In fact, where do thoughts come from ? From a mind-box? From a head-shaped thing ? Of course not: they come from the absence of mind.

Just as Emptiness welcomes thoughts, it also welcomes desires. These do not entirely disappear with Seeing, but what is removed is the dissatisfaction. Identification with the ego generates suffering and dissatisfaction. To fill up this gap, this lack of being, the ego rushes into an unbridled run to obtain possessions. Desires follow desires, frustrations follow frustrations in an endless chain. When we are aware of our true nature, a huge feeling of fullness fills us up and all kind of needs vanish. There is no more thirst. Enlightenment pacifies us beyond all limits. In the Gospel of John, Jesus met a woman near a well. She came to look for water and Jesus said to her:

The one who drinks these water will have thirst again, but who will drink the water that I give, never will be thirsty again; the water I give will become in him a fountain of eternal life.a

The awakening to our true nature generates an immense relaxation in our being and an openness to the present moment. Thus thirst has disappeared but desires remain. My humanity still exists. This life, however centred on the supernatural, is a natural life. Nevertheless, compared to my life before awakening (I should say my no-life !) what I know today could be called a desireless state. I can stay very long moments without any desire because the 'I AM' is filled with a perfect joy.

As regards the nature of desires that sometimes appear, they are very simple and ordinary and there is nothing specific to say about them. For example, I like to drink a glass of French white wine from the Loire in a small cafe in Montmartre, and I desire to make love to the young and pretty woman I live with. Seen from outside, I look like an ordinary person but lacking in social ambition. But seen from inside, it's different; you have to believe me, it is the Kingdom of Heaven.

A Way Into Non-duality

The enlightenment is like being born again, being born from above as Christ puts It. The entire life is now transformed in an infinite proportion. Before this passage, I had lived myself corruptible and physical; now I am incorruptible and the Light. Of course for this transformation to be achieved, I need not only to have some glimpses of the reality, but I have to settle in it. But anyone who perceives this reality even for one second sees it perfectly for it is always the Absolute that sees itself. Truth does not depend upon time. There is no possible improvement in the Seeing. Each moment is the moment of awakening, and each awakening is the awakening to the Absolute.

This birth is the death of the identification with the body-mind, with the appearance in the mirror. So we could say that it is an egoless life if we call 'ego' the total identification with our human appearance. It is then no longer possible to live as before. Everything has changed. An upsetting has taken place. The spiritual quest has stopped because the seeker has vanished and truth has been revealed.

However with this birth, a new life begins. The new child, the child of light, the heavenly being can keep on growing up. In concrete terms, it means that I still see that egoistic reactions can appear in this space in relation to events. The perfection which is in the Centre, the perfection of my true nature illuminates all the imperfections I had not paid attention to before. The habits have to disappear and I do not forget that for more than 20 years I have been totally identified with a body-mind called Jos. So there is at the same time consciousness of the Void and consciousness of some egoistic desires and thoughts. But when these egoistic reactions linked with the little Jos, emerge, they are seen through the light of my true nature and they lose their power and vanish soon. This new light is very important because it transforms the whole of my being and embraces little by little each part of me in its clarity.

So after the illumination, a process of disidentification and of gradual unification is going to take place. But if the identification with the body easily disappears (indeed, it is actually ridiculous to identify with a piece of meat), the belief to be a thinker is more deeply rooted. It will take more time to stop living as a thinker. As Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj puts it:

Thanks to this revelation (enlightenment), your identification with what is corporeal is going to know a vast spread and to extend to the dimensions of the manifested universe. Then you will discover that you contain and penetrate the whole cosmos and that you know it simply as your own body. This is named by the words 'pure superior knowledge' , Shud-Vijnan. Nevertheless, even in this state of sublime Shud-Vijnan, the intellect denies to be recognised as non-entity. However, in giving up yourself to the pure consciousness, the evidence of the fallibility and of the lack of consistence of the intellectual process is going gradually to become stronger and you will be able then to put the intellect to its true place, the second one.

Living in the timeless, the past and the future become unreal; thoughts relating to memory, regrets, remorse or anticipation about the future diminish in number and in power. The only thing that matters is the present moment. The mind is no longer the master of the house, it becomes the servant. Thoughts come and go; they belong to the world and are like clouds crossing the sky leaving no trace.<

This is why the incessant chatter of the mind becomes quiet. Thoughts and desires continue to arrive in the Vacuity, but a little bit like a fire that one no longer feeds with wood, or like a wheel that the engine no longer turns and yet nevertheless continues to turn. Disidentification with the body-mind, with my appearance in the mirror breaks the mind's own ability to create more and more thoughts and desires in an infernal circle generating stress.

Indeed, there is here a paradox because in fact nothing changes. The seeing of my true nature always remains. There is no progress in this seeing because there is no time. This process of disidentification and unification simply happens in a spontaneous way. Naturally, the awakening brings its fruits and the heart opens itself. As St. Paul said: 'our external man falls into pieces, our interior man is renewed every day.' This way of realisation and accomplishment is a way of total surrender to my true nature which is the all Being. Nothing can be taken or added to this Being. It is what it is and contains everything. The present moment is in itself an absolute perfection, each situation is full in itself and opens on the infinite. My true nature is perfect. It has no problems and no needs. From thereon thoughts and desires are no longer essential to life; they belong to the world and are one of the expressions of Life. The most important thing in life now is to live each moment consciously from the Void. What I have to do is to rest in the wholeness, in the peace of my original state. It doesn't require any effort. I have to be passive and let the uncreated light of Awakening achieve its great work. It is a way towards unity, bliss, peace and the Unknown.

CONCLUSION

The vacuity is independent of phenomena (thoughts, desires, as well as forms, colours, sounds...) that occur in itself. Fortunately, reality is always available. Reality is the only guide in our often peaceful but sometimes troubled journey. But peace at the centre is never affected. The secret lies in asymmetry. All the changing phenomena appear in the foreground of my non-changing nature. The Seeing of the Vacuity is like a sword which cuts off the illusion as soon as it shows its head. At every instant, the Infinite is here and now, and all the limitations due to experience collapse. The personal is plunged into the Impersonal (or suprapersonal). It could be compared to a carafe of water immersed in the sea: then there is no more interior or exterior.

There is only the ONE.

We are crowned by the stars

The following quotations are all from the 17th Century English mystic, Thomas Traherne.

No brims nor borders in my self I see, My essence is Capacity.

The world was more in me than I in it.

Do not your inclinations tell you that the world is yours?

You never enjoy the world aright till the sea itself floweth in your veins, till you are clothed with the heavens and crowned with the stars; and perceive yourself to be the sole heir of the whole world.

The streets were mine, the temple was mine, the people were mine, their clothes and gold and silver were mine, as much as their sparkling eyes, fair skins and ruddy faces. The skies were mine, and so were the sun and moon and stars, and all the world was mine.

O the riches of thine infinite goodness in making my Soul an interminable Temple, out of which nothing can be, from which nothing is removed, to which nothing is afar off; but all things immediately near, in a real, true, and lively manner.

______________________________________________________________________

COMMENTARY

Thomas Traherne (c.1636-74), an Anglican priest, was also a metaphysical poet. Born in Hereford in England, the son of a poor shoemaker, his finest work appeared in the 1670s but was lost until rediscovered and published as Poems (1903) and Centuries of Meditations (1908).

Traherne was alive to, and rapturous about the one 'thing' that every being in the universe has in common: the boundless space or 'Capacity' which is our innermost being. Nearer to each of us than our own breathing abides this Awareness. In appearance each of us is a limited 'thing' in the world, but in reality each of us is the Self - what Traherne in one of the above quotations calls his 'Soul'. In this Soul all of us live and move and have our being. We may of course choose other words for our innermost identity: Spirit, Godhead, True Nature, Buddha Nature, the Beloved. At this level of our being we can all truthfully say 'I am not in the world, the world is in me'.

When we awaken to Who we really are we find that nothing is distant from us. For Awareness is room for all things, includes all things. The furthest star is right here in one's being. Perceiving this inspires in Traherne profound wonder and joy.

Since all things are directly given in Awareness, all things belong to oneself - not the human self we see in the mirror which obviously does not possess the world, but our true self. Being 'Capacity' we contain - we are - all things. From a grain of sand or a flower in the hedgerow to the moon and stars - all these are one's own. Having no appearance at centre, we are clothed in the living universe.

Awakening to our full identity is not so hard as we might sometimes think. As the great Indian teacher Ramana Maharshi said, it is easier to see the Self than to see something you are holding in the palm of your hand. For any object is a complex thing, but the Subject is simplicity itself. Seeing the Self is seeing the No-thingness at the centre of one's being, the place we are looking out of right now, our Original Face, our no-face.

Until we awaken to the Self we 'do not enjoy the world aright'. We continue living the illusion of being separate from the world. No wonder we feel alienated. But when we are awake to our own 'no-thingness/everythingness', then, as Traherne puts it so beautifully, 'the sea itself floweth in your veins'. Awakening to our own infinite being, we stumble upon a profound and peaceful Aloneness - an Aloneness that is alone by including all things, not by excluding them. Not one atom of the whole cosmos is outside our being. And so, when we look up into the night sky we find - O wondrous thing - that we are crowned by the stars.
