Gustav Jung said that oracle's mechanism is based on synchronicity...

Lead me from dreaming to waking.
Lead me from opacity to clarity.
Lead me from the complicated to the simple.
Lead me from the obscure to the obvious.
Lead me from intention to attention.
Lead me from what I'm told I am to what I see I am.
Lead me from confrontation to wide openness. Lead me to the place I never left, Where there is peace, and peace - The Upanishads
*note*.nice online oracle..(careful to bookmark it,to get a new reading..)be aware that the oracles like I Ching just detect the potential thought forms acting in the cause/affect realm, not those in the magik realm(transformation or self-realization..it presents the things as they are if YOU don't do anything about it)..in other words, you can always change the outcome.
It presents how things are in the present...and outcome.

I-ching is the chinese style Tarot cards(but without western symbolism, and it's about clear advise of the situation as it appears..not non-sense..I ching reads your subconscious thought patterns),or the renowned ,,beans throw,, from the famous transylvanian vampiric tradition..where the old women throw some beans on the ground..look at them and tell you are ok if you give them 2 dollars..or the gypsy style(from India..gypsies are from India, they migrated in europe like fruitflies, but kept their foul, low magik practices) of cursing if you don't pay them.Have no fear about these things..trust that you decide IN THE END(actually you don't,but if you keep silent ,you will purify the cause/affect then decide..but this is a complicated talk,I'll explain other time..in short..is about rezonance and syncronicity..the key is to keep silent, then decide...you decide ALWAYS..but you don't KNOW it...remember that, and read my mahayogi lips..repeat again,,you always decide, but you don't know it..if you know it,then act, don't be like you don't know the secret..you know it now,but you refuse to act on it..that is what separates yogis from mahayogis like me..I act on it..see?..that is true mastery, not talking..I-ching at least just reads your thought patterns and present them to you as they are..and is free,as is my own,,Random Post oracle..the only problem is acting on the advise...see?..grasshoppers?)

One must understand how it works..as Gustav says ..quote"
In his introduction of the English version of I Ching, Jung admits having practiced the oracle 30 years before meeting Richard Wilhelm, probably the most important translator to a western language of the Book. Jung claims to have used the book for the exploration of the unconscious.

Later on, his disciples used at length the oracle in psychotherapy. To give only one example: when a patient consulted the book with respect to his intent of having a relationship with a woman to whom he had ambivalent feelings, the oracle responded with Hexagram no. 44 - Coming to Meet - which states exactly: One should not marry such a maiden. What surprises one is, of course, the fact that the oracle answered with a hexagram that grasps the patient's present situation.

How it is possible that a book older then 5.000 years to be used in psychic treatment is argued by Jung who states that oracle's mechanism is based on synchronicity.(end quote)..now I talk, the kripto.

As a variant of this,I put a ,,ask a question,,.on the right side of my blog, where IF YOU ASK 3 TIMES THE QUESTION and then press,,RANDOM POST,, you WILL get your present situation and solution.
THIS is my MAHAYOGI gift to you..ask,then press RANDOM answer...sometimes is better then I-ching..trust me..now love my wisdom muscles..for I love you already pilgrims grasshoppers reading my blog..kisses:)
You got a smile so bright..kripto
You know, you could've been a candle
I'm holding you so tight..kripto
You know, you could've been a handle
The way you swept me off my feet..kripto:)
You know, you could've been a broom
The way you smell so sweet
You know, you could've been some perfume
Well, you could've been anything that you wanted to
And I can tell the way you do the things you do
The way you do the things you do..you kriptodanny

As pretty as you are(you kriptodanny)
You know, you could've been a flower
If good looks were a minute
Baby, you could've been an hour
The way you stole my heart
You know you could've been a cool crook
And baby, you're so smart(you kriptodanny)
You know you could've been a school book
Well, you could've been anything that you wanted to
And I can tell the way you do the things you do(you.. kriptodanny)

You made my life so rich..kripto...
You know, you could've been some money
And baby, you're so sweet(you kriptodanny)
You know, you could've been some honey
Well, you could've been anything that you wanted to
And I can tell the way you do the things you do
The way you do the things you do
The way you do the things you do

The Book of Changes, I Ching (Wade-Giles), "Yì Jīng" (Pinyin), or Classic of Changes; also called Zhouyi, is one of the oldest of the Chinese classic texts.[1] The book contains a divination system comparable to Western geomancy or the West African Ifá system. In Western cultures and modern East Asia, it is still widely used for this purpose.

The standard text originated from the ancient text (古文經) transmitted by Fei Zhi (费直, c50 BC -AD 10) of the Han Dynasty. During the Han Dynasty this version competed with the bowdlerised new text (今文經) version transmitted by Tian He at the beginning of the Western Han. However, by the time of the Tang Dynasty the ancient text version, which had survived Qin’s book-burning by being preserved amongst the peasantry, became the accepted norm among Chinese scholars.

The earliest extant version of the text, written on bamboo slips, albeit incomplete, is the Chujian Zhouyi, and dates to the latter half of the Warring States period (mid 4th to early 3rd century BC), and certainly cannot be later than 223 BC, when Chu was conquered by Qin. It is essentially the same as the standard text, except for a few significant variations.

During the Warring States period, the text was re-interpreted as a system of cosmology and philosophy that subsequently became intrinsic to Chinese culture. It centred on the ideas of the dynamic balance of opposites, the evolution of events as a process, and acceptance of the inevitability of change.
Yin and yang, while common expressions associated with many schools of classical Chinese culture, are especially associated with the Taoists.

Another view holds that the Book of Changes is primarily a Confucianist ethical or philosophical document. This view is based upon the following:

* The Wings or Appendices are attributed to Confucius.
* The study of the Book of Changes was required as part of the Civil Service Exams in the period that these exams only studied Confucianist texts.
* It is one of the Five Confucian Classics.
* It does not appear in any surviving editions of the Daozang.
* The major commentaries were written by Confucianists, or Neo-Confucianists.
* Taoist scripture avoids, even mocks, attempts at categorizing the world's myriad phenomena and forming a static philosophy. However, Daoist ritual frequently uses the eight trigrams, and they are fundamental for alchemical practice, both internal and external.

Both views may be seen to show that the Book of Changes was at the heart of Chinese thought, serving as a common ground for the Confucian and Taoist schools. Partly forgotten due to the rise of Chinese Buddhism during the Tang dynasty, the Book of Changes returned to the attention of scholars during the Song dynasty. This was concomitant with the reassessment of Confucianism by Confucians in the light of Taoist and Buddhist metaphysics, and is known in the West as Neo-Confucianism. The book, unquestionably an ancient Chinese scripture, helped Song Confucian thinkers to synthesize Buddhist and Taoist cosmologies with Confucian and Mencian ethics. The end product was a new cosmogony that could be linked to the so-called "lost Tao" of Confucius and Mencius.

In China the Book of Changes had two distinct functions. The first was as a compendium and classic of ancient cosmic principles. The second function was that of divination text. As a divination text the world of the Book of Changes was that of the marketplace fortune teller and roadside oracle. These individuals served the illiterate peasantry. The educated Confucian elite in China were of an entirely different disposition. The future results of our actions were a function of our personal virtues. The Confucian literati actually had little use for the Book of Changes as a work of divination. In the collected works of the countless educated literati of ancient China there are actually few references to the Book of Changes as a divination text. Any eyewitness account of traditional Chinese society, such as S. Wells Williams The Middle Kingdom, and many others, can clarify this very basic distinction. Williams tells us of the Book of Changes, "The hundred of fortune- tellers seen in the streets of Chinese towns, whose answers to their perplexed customers are more or less founded on these cabala, indicate their influence among the illiterate; while among scholars, who have long since conceded all divination to be vain..". (The Middle Kingdom, vol. 1, p. 632)

"To us all towns are one, all men our kin. Life's good comes not from others' gift, nor ill. Man's pains and pains' relief are from within. Thus have we seen in visions of the wise !." - Tamil Poem-

Lead me from dreaming to waking
Lead me from opacity to clarity.

Lead me from the obscure to the obvious
Lead me from intention to attention.
Lead me from what I'm told I am to what I see I am.
Lead me from confrontation to wide openness. Lead me to the place I never left,
Where there is peace, and peace - The Upanishads
*note* I like this guy(Phra Ajaan Sao Kantasilo 1861-1941..some thailand forest monk)..said very little..wise man indeed. He knew that if he'd tried to explain, people would crucify him like Jesus,so he kept quiet, and enjoyed the good life.Only morons like me(and you..reader) try to explain people the truth.
I remember once I had a reading from some gypsy woman...she looked into my palm, bowed to me,and told me..stop telling people the truth..they'll not understand,,.
I was young back then..so I paid her couple dollars and never thought about it.
But I like this guy..
Kisses to him that keeps quiet....for the bodhisattvas like me are cursed to suffer for others ..so the others might evolve in this realm.
The only way they can know your bliss is by practicing, not reading your wisdom words.
This stuff is beyond reading or even life itself..PONDER!!!
They refuse that..nobody wants to meditate the right way. They imagine, project, read from this and that...then they think they've got it,and are buddhas.
Kisses to them..and whatever they do..I hope I'll grow a wisdom muscle and stop caring so much for them..and let them enjoy their secret suffering, when they stop pretending....that's all they will have..TRUST ME!!

Ajaan Sao's Teaching
A Reminiscence of Phra Ajaan Sao Kantasilo
transcribed from a talk by
Phra Ajaan Phut Thaniyo
translated from the Thai by
Thanissaro Bhikkhu
In our day and age, the practice of going into the forest to meditate and follow the ascetic dhutanga practices began with Phra Ajaan Sao Kantasilo, the teacher of Phra Ajaan Mun and, by extension, Phra Ajaan Singh and Phra Ajaan Lee. Phra Ajaan Sao was inclined to be, not a preacher or a speaker, but a doer. When he taught his students, he said very little. And those who studied directly under him are now elders who speak very little, who rarely preach, having picked up the habit from their teacher. Thus, as Phra Ajaan Sao was not a preacher, I would like to tell you a little of the way in which he taught meditation.

How did Phra Ajaan Sao teach? If it so happened that someone came to him, saying, "Ajaan, sir, I want to practice meditation. How should I go about it?" he would answer, "Meditate on the word 'Buddho.'"

If the person asked, "What does 'Buddho' mean?" Ajaan Sao would answer, "Don't ask."

"What will happen after I've meditated on 'Buddho'?"

"Don't ask. Your only duty is simply to repeat the word 'Buddho' over and over in your mind."

That's how he taught: no long, drawn-out explanations.

Now, if the student was sincere in putting the Ajaan's instructions into practice and was persistent in practicing the repetition, if his mind then became calm and bright from entering into concentration, he would come and ask Ajaan Sao: "When meditating on 'Buddho' my state of mind becomes such-and-such. What should I do now?" If it was right, Ajaan Sao would say, "Keep on meditating." If not, he would say, "You have to do such-and-such. What you're doing isn't right."

For example, once when I was his attendant novice, a senior monk of the Mahanikaya sect came and placed himself under his direction as a beginning student in meditation. Ajaan Sao taught him to meditate on "Buddho." Now, when the monk settled down on "Buddho," his mind became calm and, once it was calm, bright. And then he stopped repeating "Buddho." At this point, his mind was simply blank. Afterwards, he sent his attention out, following the brightness, and a number of visions began to arise: spirits of the dead, hungry ghosts, divine beings, people, animals, mountains, forests... Sometimes it seemed as if he, or rather, his mind, left his body and went wandering through the forest and wilderness, seeing the various things mentioned above. Afterwards, he went and told Ajaan Sao, "When I meditated down to the point were the mind became calm and bright, it then went out, following the bright light. Visions of ghosts, divine beings, people, and animals appeared. Sometimes it seemed as if I went out following the visions."

As soon as Ajaan Sao heard this, he said, "This isn't right. For the mind to go knowing and seeing outside isn't right. You have to make it know inside."

The monk then asked, "How should I go about making it know inside?"

Phra Ajaan Sao answered, "When the mind is in a bright state like that, when it has forgotten or abandoned its repetition and is simply sitting empty and still, look for the breath. If the sensation of the breath appears in your awareness, focus on the breath as your object and then simply keep track of it, following it inward until the mind becomes even calmer and brighter."

And so the monk followed the Ajaan's instructions until finally the mind settled down in threshold concentration (upacara samadhi), following which the breath became more and more refined, ultimately to the point where it disappeared. His sensation of having a body also disappeared, leaving just the state in which the mind was sitting absolutely still, a state of awareness itself standing out clear, with no sense of going forward or back, no sense of where the mind was, because at that moment there was just the mind, all on its own. At this point, the monk came again to ask, "After my mind has become calm and bright, and I fix my attention on the breath and follow the breath inward until it reaches a state of being absolutely quiet and still — so still that nothing is left, the breath doesn't appear, the sense of having a body vanishes, only the mind stands out, brilliant and still: When it's like this, is it right or wrong?"

"Whether it's right or wrong," the Ajaan answered, "take that as your standard. Make an effort to be able to do this as often as possible, and only when you're skilled at it should you come and see me again."

So the monk followed the Ajaan's instructions and later was able to make his mind still to the point that there was no sense of having a body and the breath disappeared more and more often. He became more and more skilled, and his mind became more and more firm. Eventually, after he had been making his mind still very frequently — because as a rule, there's the principle that virtue develops concentration, concentration develops discernment, discernment develops the mind — when his concentration became powerful and strong, it gave rise to abhiñña —
heightened knowledge and true insight. Knowledge of what? Knowledge of the true nature of the mind, that is, knowing the states of the mind as they occur in the present. Or so he said.

heightened knowledge and true insight. Knowledge of what? Knowledge of the true nature of the mind, that is, knowing the states of the mind as they occur in the present. Or so he said.

heightened knowledge and true insight. Knowledge of what? Knowledge of the true nature of the mind, that is, knowing the states of the mind as they occur in the present. Or so he said.
After he had left this level of concentration and came to see Ajaan Sao, he was told, "This level of concentration is fixed penetration (appana samadhi). You can rest assured that in this level of concentration there is no insight or knowledge of anything at all. There's only the brightness and the stillness. If the mind is forever in that state, it will be stuck simply on that level of stillness. So once you've made the mind still like this, watch for the interval where it begins to stir out of its concentration. As soon as the mind has a sense that it's beginning to take up an object — no matter what object may appear first — focus on the act of taking up an object. That's what you should examine."

The monk followed the Ajaan's instructions and afterwards he was able to make fair progress in the level of his mind.

This is one instance of how Phra Ajaan Sao taught his pupils — teaching just a little at a time, giving only the very heart of the practice, almost as if he would say, "Do this, and this, and this," with no explanations at all. Sometimes I would wonder about his way of teaching. That is, I would compare it with books I had read or with the Dhamma-talks I heard given by other teachers. For example, Phra Ajaan Singh wrote a small handbook for the practice of meditation, entitled, Taking the Triple Refuge and the Techniques of Meditation, and in it he said that in practicing meditation you must, before all else, sit with your body straight and establish mindfulness directly in front of you. That's how he put it, but not how Ajaan Sao would put it. Still, the principles they taught were one and the same, the only difference being that Ajaan Sao was not a preacher, and so didn't make use of a lot of rhetoric.

As he explained to me: "When we make up our mind to repeat 'Buddho,' the act of making up the mind is in itself the act of establishing mindfulness. When we keep thinking 'Buddho' and are not willing to let the mind slip away from 'Buddho,' our mindfulness and alertness are already healthy and strong, always watching over the mind to keep it with 'Buddho.' As soon as our attention slips away, so that we forget to think 'Buddho' and go thinking of something else, it's a sign that there's a lapse in our mindfulness. But if we can keep our mindfulness under control and can think 'Buddho, Buddho' continuously, with no gaps, our mindfulness is already strong, so there's no need to go 'establishing mindfulness' anywhere. To think of an object so that it is coupled with the mind is, in and of itself, the act of getting mindfulness established." That was how he explained it to me.

This was one instance of how I saw and heard Phra Ajaan Sao teaching meditation, and should be enough to serve us all as food for thought.

Tell me more..like does he have a car:)

Lead me from dreaming to waking.
Lead me from opacity to clarity.

Lead me from what I'm told I am to what I see I am.

*note* summer loving from the best..quote"Summer loving had me a blast
Summer loving happened so fast
I met a girl crazy for me
Met a boy cute as can be
Summer days drifting away to oh oh the summer nights

Tell me more, tell me more
Did you get very far
Tell me more, tell me more
Like does he have a car "
I am always amazed of the sheer clarity of the old songs..they say it clearly..the boys are looking for some naked action, while the girls are looking for some nice car...this is evolution..a woman must get the one whom can provide for their kids, and the man is wired visually like John Travolta(unless he is some homosexual swami)...what is the issue here?
The only problem is nobody tries to understand the source of those.
Most people are like flies in the wind,really..never for one second questioning their desires.
Where they arise from?
Where is the mastery?
Where is the progress, even pigs copulate, but at least the pigs don't call it a ,,love story,,and sing songs about summer nights, when they have managed to screw some pig females and inseminate them with their sperms...they are honest..but not humans...show me one honest human, and I'll bow to it.
But I tell you this..unless you find the watcher in you,and become it..you won't be able to understand my new stanza..and unless you meditate you have zero chances.
Behold
The pig is in you
The summer nights are in you
As the sun sets,so will you
Like a pig
Only bones will remain of you
And forget whom was
The unborn pig
Watching you trying to survive
To the grave
You get what you want
As for me,the mahayogi
I choose my true self
But if you have a car(as the song says)
I'll marry you:)
Thus spokenth the mahayogi!

TNT..watch me explode:)

*note* never understood these rock guys(acdc)...what they mean by ,,
'Cause I'm T.N.T. I'm dynamite
T.N.T. and I'll win the fight
T.N.T. I'm a power load
T.N.T. watch me explode
I'm dirty, mean and mighty unclean
I'm a wanted man
Public enemy number one
Understand
So lock up your daughter
Lock up your wife
Lock up your back door
And run for your life
The man is back in town
Don't you mess me 'round ???
However..over 70,000 people(plus many thousands outside..) enjoyed their wisdom of TNT(watch me explode)in front of the romanian parlament building

last sunday..why is that?..I never liked industrial rock..but looks like some people do.

quote"Traffic restrictionstraffic restrictions have been put in place around the People's Palace, starting today (Thurs) until next Tuesday, in preparation for the legendary rock band AC/Dc concert, scheduled for Sunday.
Traffic police announced restrictions at the Piata Constitutiei, Bulevardul Libertatii, Bulevardul Unirii, Calea 13 Septembrie and Bulevardul Naţiunile Unite.
Fans coming to the concert on Sunday night are advised to use public transport, as no parking lots will be available in the Piata Constitutiei area.
Around 60,000 people are expected to arrive at the first concert AC/DC is performing in Bucharest.
"(and about 100,000 were there)
Just explode and leave me alone, said the mahayogi to the TNT acdc rock punks..just leave me alone..I'll choose Mozart any day instead.
However..this song is cool,so I'll post it..kisses:)but be aware, once you explode, you can't be immortal..maybe the muslims should sing this song while they blow themselves up in the name of Allah,of course..killing women and children ...the holy jihad indeed...acdc just paved the way.The ONLY JIHAD is INSIDE yourself..not outside.
Funny those suicide bombers really believe they will go to heaven.
I'm telling you where they go..I am a mahayogi,I know.
Their mind will be stuck to the astral level, where they can feel ALL THE PAIN they inflicted by being the TNT..and also, they will reincarnate in order to KNOW that all LIFE is one,and to blow yourself in TNT acdc style is NOT the solution..and the pain from knowing you have done it,and yet BE aware of it is formidable...that is hell,indeed..better is sleep I say..but after death..even sleep will be taken away from them...their own mind-forms will project,as real as life...and the knowing of being FORCED to reincarnate AND loose all your memories is the WORST,and is agonizing that you know you'll have to learn to walk again..PONDER!!! ..this is about your soul!!
Ponder,grasshoppers...for I will die soon, and will be no-one to give you wisdom..
Remember my words of the wisdom muscle..

*note* Nice song..let me tell you the lyrics..on a special never heard stanza:)
Behold
The seaweed is always greener
In kriptodanny's blog
His wisdom is always finer
Sings like a fish, and bites like a frog..
In somebody else’s lake
You dream about going up there
But that is a big mistake.

You must become,not only do
You must awake..that is the clue
Under the sea..there is a kripto
In this and that..and in you too.

Kripto is always here..that is because he always was..
Nothing to do about,but..
Believe in him and yourself, because..
He is the mahayogi
Under the sea for all
Just grab his wisdom muscle
And make it your own..
And do it before the dawn.

Just look at the world around you
Right here on the ocean floor
Such wonderful things surround you
What more is you lookin’ for?

Under the sea..there is kriptoooo..
Under the sea..
Darlin’, it’s better down where it’s wetter
Take it ,admit..yoooo-hooooo!!
Up on the shore they work all day
Out in the sun they slave away
While we devotin’ full time to floatin’
While kripto always shines I say..

Down here all the fish is happy
There is the one kripto's goal..
As off through the waves they roll
He smiles and forgives you all..
That's what the kriptos are for..
You must become,not only do
You must awake..that is the clue
Under the sea..there is a kripto
In this and that..and in you too.
Thus spokenth the mahayogi!

If I bow to a Buddha,... the Buddha won't know...

*note* this is his pic..see his wisdom on his forehead? Yuan Mei

What Mei Yuan means when he wrote this poem,,that if he bows to a Buddha..the Buddha won't know??..Mei Yuan(1716 - 1798)spoke the truth...because bowing to a Buddha would be bowing to your true self,if you're not yet realized..but bowing to a monk might make him happy, and start the path..A Buddha happiness doesn't depend on your bowing,or slapping him in the nose. This is what he meant..
 I quote about his life..
Yuan Mei was born in Hangchow, Chekiang during the Qing dynasty. As a boy, he was a talented student who earned his basic degree at the age of eleven. He received the highest academic degree at 23 and then went to advanced studies. But Yuan Mei failed in his studies of the Manchu language, which limited his future government career.

Like many of the great Chinese poets, Yuan Mei exhibited many talents, working as a government official, teacher, writer, and painter.

He eventually left public office and retired with his family to a private estate named "The Garden of Contentment." In addition to teaching, he made a generous living writing funerary inscriptions. Among other things, he also collected local ghost stories and published them. And he was an advocate of women's education.

He traveled quite a bit and soon gained the reputation as the pre-eminent poet of his time. His poetry is deeply engaged with Chan (Zen) and Taoist themes of presence, meditation, and the natural world. As biographer Arthur Whaley notes, Yuan Mei's poetry "even at its lightest always had an undertone of deep feeling and at its saddest may at any moment light a sudden spark of fun."

So I composed this never heard stanza:)
Behold
You might bow to a Buddha
And forget your true nature, due to your loving of the external bowing..
Bow to yourself,Mei Yuan meant.
But if you bow to a monk
He might ponder,and gain wisdom.
And you may slap a Buddha in the nose
And in turn,he'll turn the other nose
As Jesus turning the other cheek
But there is only one nose..
And there are only 2 cheeks, and lots of slapping
But ONLY one nose.
Ponder about that,grasshoppers..
..kisses:)
Thus spokenth the mahayogi.

Where there is peace, and peace - The Upanishads
*note* everything that sings and resonates with the source is Olympia..from the ,,The Tales of Hoffmann,,opera by Offenbach...quote,,Hoffmann's first love is Olympia, an automaton created by the scientist Spalanzani. Hoffmann falls in love with her, not knowing that Olympia is a mechanical doll (Allons! Courage et confiance...Ah! vivre deux!). Nicklausse, who knows the truth about Olympia, sings a story of a mechanical doll that looked like a human to warn Hoffmann but is ignored by him (Une poupée aux yeux d'émail). Coppélius, Olympia's co-creator and this act's incarnation of Nemesis, sells Hoffmann magic glasses which make Olympia appear as a real woman (J'ai des yeux).

Olympia(as Natalie Dessay here) sings one of the opera's most famous arias Les oiseaux dans la charmille ("The Doll Song") in which she periodically runs down and needs to be wound up before she can continue...the lyrics are here..
Everything that sings and resonates
And sighs, in turn,
Moves his heart, which shudders of love!
Ah! This is the lovely song,
The song of Olympia! Ah!
Les oiseaux dans la charmille
Dans les cieux l'astre du jour,
Tout parle à la jeune fille d'amour!
Ah! Voilà la chanson gentille..
So I composed this never heard stanza..
Behold the song of Olympia
You are a mechanical doll also
But if you sing like her
You become immortal
Find the one inside you whom is singing
Because everything that sings and resonates
It is the real you..
Thus spokenth the mahayogi:)
Kisses to Olympia, and to you too...

You make my heart go giddy up:)

Lead me from dreaming to waking.
Lead me from opacity to clarity.
Lead me from the complicated to the simple.
Lead me from the obscure to the obvious.
Lead me from intention to attention.
Lead me from what I'm told I am to what I see I am...
Lead me from confrontation to wide openness. Lead me to the place I never left, Where there is peace, and peace - The Upanishads
*note* Shakti saying to Shiva..,,,you make my heart go diggy up,,,the same story from the beginning of time..the song is from Millie Small In late 1963 she went to Forest Hill, London to make her fourth recording, an Ernest Ranglin rearrangement of "My Boy Lollipop", which had seen original release by Barbie Gaye in late 1956. Released in March 1964, Small's cover was a massive hit, reaching number two both in the UK Singles Chart[2] and in the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. It also topped the chart in Australia. Initially it sold over 600,000 copies in the United Kingdom.[3] Including singles sales, album usage and compilation inclusions, the song has since sold more than seven million copies worldwide.[1]..the lyrics are here..
My boy lollipop,
You made my heart go giddy up.
You are as sweet as candy;
You're my sugar dandy.
Ha, ho my boy lollipop,
Never ever leave me,
Because it would grieve me.
My heart told me so,
I love ya, I love ya, I love ya so.
That I want ya to know,
I need ya, I need ya, I need ya so,
and I'll never let you go.
My boy lollipop,
you make my heart go giddy up.
You set my world on fire,
you are my one desire.
My boy lollipop

I love ya, I love ya, I love ya so.
That I want ya to know,
I need ya, I need ya, I need ya so,
and I'll never let you go.
My boy lollipop,
you make my heart go giddy up.
You set my world on fire,
you are my one desire.
My boy lollipop
My boy lollipop
My boy lollipop
So I composed this never heard stanza:
Behold the love story
One lollipop named Shiva
One power as Shakti
One is the lover
One the beloved
The awareness turns into itself
Spring is here..2 birds sing together as one
You make my heart go giddy up:)
The rest is silence.
Thus spokenth the mahayogi:)

Most illogical..highly illogical is the humanity..says Spock:)

*note* humans act like Leonard Nimoy(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leonard_Nimoy) singing here..highly illogical...may the Spock give them power in their wisdom muscles.
So I composed this never heard stanza..
Behold the illogical humanity
Everybody fighting for his own Jesus
Or Allah..or some Swami or Rama
Nobody listens to others
For they all know their own little truth
And they die for it
Protecting their illusion
Of reality
Story of humanity, since the cave age
Nothing has changed
Till they find the common ground
In themselves
One wisdom muscle raising
In one humanity
Thus spokenth the mahayogi:)

You and I....throw up your arms into the sky..I am there:)

Lead me from dreaming to waking.
Lead me from opacity to clarity.
Lead me from the complicated to the simple.
Lead me from the obscure to the obvious.
Lead me from intention to attention.

*note* lovely song from Green Day band(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Green_Day)
Nice lyrics..
Do you know what's worth fighting for,
When it's not worth dying for?
Does it take your breath away
And you feel yourself suffocating?
Does the pain weigh out the pride?
And you look for a place to hide?
Did someone break your heart inside?
You're in ruins

One, 21 guns
Lay down your arms
Give up the fight
One, 21 guns
Throw up your arms into the sky,
You and I

When you're at the end of the road
And you lost all sense of control
And your thoughts have taken their toll
When your mind breaks the spirit of your soul
Your faith walks on broken glass
And the hangover doesn't pass
Nothing's ever built to last
You're in ruins.

One, 21 guns
Lay down your arms
Give up the fight
One, 21 guns
Throw up your arms into the sky,
You and I

Did you try to live on your own
When you burned down the house and home?
Did you stand too close to the fire?
Like a liar looking for forgiveness from a stone

When it's time to live and let die
And you can't get another try
Something inside this heart has died
You're in ruins.

One, 21 guns
Lay down your arms
Give up the fight
One, 21 guns
Throw up your arms into the sky,
You and I

Lead me from intention to attention.
Lead me from what I'm told I am to what I see I am.

*note* Listen to my words..the wolf is in you..find it,and dance polka with him, like in this video...hahahaha
So I composed this never heard stanza:
Behold
The wolf within you
Is there
But you don't know it
3 little pigs are you also
But only one has the wisdom.
Find the source of suffering
Then you can dance polka
Then all 3 pigs become one.
In the 3 realms.
Thus spokenth the mahayogi!

*note*..hehehehe..I love this Brother Elias..I just run a search on his blog, and found these marvelous bits about Ramana Maharishi and the ,,whom I am,, non-sense.
What he is trying to explain is formidable..and only those really honest about self-definition would comprehend him..
So..instead of composing a fresh,new..never-heard stanza..I decided to re-post a poem of mine.
Kisses:)..this poem is from a former post of mine at http://kriptodanny.blogspot.com/2008/11/spiders-on-lake.html
Behold
Life is like a box of chocolate
Never know what dreams will get
Till the sun appears set
There is something to forget..
Will you wake up from the dream?
Can the path be always lean?
Were you dreaming in the sun?
By the beats of romping drum..
You were child and you were dreaming
Dreaming that you were awake
And the thought is quite unsettling
Walking thru the sleeper's gate
Never thinking for a second
Who's asleep and who is late
Who's the spider in the lake
Who's the one you shall forsake
For the dreamer's dreams are fake
When the sunshine stops to shine
Then your darkness it's your sign
Black and white and blue and ice
Sleeping pill is paradise
For the spiders from the lake
Wait for you to be awake
If you're not, they'll talk to you
Black and white and icy blue
For the lake wants you awake
Not for you but for it's sake
There is nothing what it seems
Only sleepers live the dreams...
Thus spokenth the mahayogi:)

Locate and penetrate your suffering...

by Elias

March 16, 2008

Some fellow tells you he is free of suffering, and maybe he is. But are you free of suffering? In considering your suffering, where did you locate your suffering? Outside yourself?

Mental or spiritual suffering is located in the subtle formations below the threshold of consciousness – the background of conscious awareness. These formations are the “nuances” of the mind that we tend to allow to persist in unexamined splendor.

If only you knew just how real this stuff is, you wouldn’t leave it undisturbed!

But we tend to be preoccupied with experiential/verbal interactions with others and with the outer world. We tend not to quiet down to the point where we begin to notice the nuances of the subtle dimensions – even to experience them as remembered dreams. Subtle awareness is being drowned out by the noise-level of the verbal/emotional mind.

And yet of the two aspects of consciousness – outer-verbal and inward-subtle – subtle awareness is the more real. Verbal mind is fine for what it is, and a necessary tool for living in the world. But it tends to override the quiet side of being alive. It occludes Reality. It cancels the Silence.

When you are inspired and moved to descend into the subtle formations of the mind, when you get to know and feel them, eventually you pass through them to the Silence. Then God speaks directly to you. Or rather, you notice that he has been speaking all along…but you weren’t listening!

Once the nuanced level of awareness becomes active in you, it is no shame to economize your outer relationships or to stop listening to the world. Most of what constitutes the world is jabbering anyway: self-promotion, selling, politics, and “the news". And if you have been part of a social group for awhile – even a religious group – you know that most of the talk among members of groups is not profound. It is just ordinary gossip.

People in groups tend to politicize their relations, looking for identity and position relative to each other and to the group structure. The group becomes their “i” reality. In the mirror of the group they find their self-defining moment.

Where can God be found when all your self-knowledge is born in your relationships within a social group? Well, in almost every case, it turns out that “God” is found projected into the leader of the group! And that’s why every group tends to gravitate toward becoming a cult: each person in the group is finding self-definition in relation to the iconic personality in the middle.

And thus people are able to think and reason less (if at all), as they hand over control of the “group-mind” to the “leader". Forget about self-inquiry. It never even begins. The direct connection to God within is broken. What replaces it is the energy-dynamic of the transference bond to the group leader. As Dr. McCoy so aptly put it on the old Star Trek episode, “peace…tranquility…Landru is with us.” (I still use that line as a joke every time I see a cult forming, either religious or political.)

In a cult, suffering may seem to be relieved because we have abdicated the responsibility for individuality and self-knowledge. Meanwhile, underneath the placated conscious mind, suffering persists as unreleased subtle formations of thought and feeling. Somehow we come to believe that we have obviated the need to inspect these formations, the moment we project an ideal humanity upon the “leader".

People do this in guru-cults all the time – in fact, it is de rigueur for them to do so. And in the la-la lands of the spiritual intellect, so-called “non-dualists” project a purely abstract concept upon recent figures like Ramana Maharshi and Nisargadatta, as well as some of their rather bizarre imitators. Just as with any garden-variety religious cult, the “non-dualists", by means of their transference, attempt to bypass the path to real self-knowledge.

It goes without saying that in secular politics, great masses of people do the same thing, pumping up every “new face” with a utopian dream of a better world. The smart politician remains an attractive mystery for as long as possible, sucking up the projections of the ignorant, and building up a reservoir of energy and good-will.

The fact remains, losing yourself in a cult of personality, religious or political, does not release the formative structures of the mind, does not resolve the conflict they express, does not awaken self-knowledge, nor does it open the mind-body to the Spirit. Left to persist, such loss of self eventually leads to a tragic or destructive end. If you “drink the kool-aid", you will pay a price with your soul.

________________________

The principle way that self-awareness blooms is by introversion: either via meditation, the awakening of subtle awareness, or taking up the night journey into the unconscious. (Or all of the above.) Religious or religion-like devotion won’t do it. Repeating “who am I?” won’t do it. Nothing will do it except a literal confrontation with the subtle formations of which I speak.

Now, as I’ve said already, this necessary process isn’t all on your shoulders. God initiates your self-education, if you will let him. God is the Self buried deep in you, the “inner guru” that will come forward, bringing with it everything you need to know about yourself…and the world.

You can compare the process to the story of a man and woman walking through a frozen land, hand-in-hand. As they walk along, the sun comes out and the land begins to thaw. Plants spring to life, flowers open, birds begin to sing – a regular Disney film, but an excellent metaphor for the change that occurs when the fixed and frozen formations of the subtle mind are examined and begin to release.

When the formations are penetrated and dissolved, their energy is released to consciousness. (This is what “expansion of consciousness” really means.)

The duality of one component or area of the mind vanishes. The relative states that tend to characterize the dual-mind vanish. Opposites vanish. Great and small vanish. (This is what “integration” really means.)

What do you have in its place? Just this: undifferentiation, a unified field, a state of awareness that is no longer fixed by formations and complexes that no longer exist.

You can’t quite put your finger on what you have become, because the “thing” of your identity no longer exists. The modification is gone. The mirror seems empty. You know the beingness of it and the “I” of this beingness. Other than that, you do not know “what” you are – you have no outside perspective on yourself, because technically speaking, there isn’t one.

(Some will try to create an outside perspective for you, to “help” you reassemble an identity complex, because for them the duality expressed in your relationship needs to continue, and they need your support for it to do so. They will build “scripts” and invite you to assume an assigned role. They will suggest “higher” archetypal dominants to which you really should give your soul. They will describe you to yourself in new ways and ask for your adherence to a revised mirror-identity. It might even include an heroic or glorified “self-image", the better to seduce you back into the relative mind!)

But of course, what you have accomplished in dissolving the relative states has nothing to do with any story they create for you, or any dream they dream for you….

All to the well and good. But how exactly are the formations “penetrated and dissolved". This is something I intend to get into in some of the upcoming essays.

(Part Four) ~ Spiritual Life is Not Possession

by Elias

Feb. 28, 2008

from Monastic Days:

VISION. One afternoon I was taking a nap after dinner, dreams and jazz music were sluicing through my brain. Suddenly a voice spoke very loudly next to my ear: “NOW THE SECRET OF LIFE WILL BE REVEALED.”

A hole opened up under me and I fell into it. It was a square dark hole, which got progressively lighter the deeper I fell.

I fell quickly at first, then more slowly as the light thickened. Soon I was floating in the loving embrace of the Light, an intense rapture flooding my senses. The words “I need you!” echoed in me and around me.

There was progressive dissolution of form and quality as the light thickened. Images dissolved into light, dream dissolved into light, I dissolved into light, and this light was Consciousness itself.

That is the secret of life.

Such experiences would “dissolve” me, and for a few days I would walk around transported. The other brothers would notice and I would receive lots of smiles and nods.

Then my mind would resolidify, new crystalline structures would form, and new dreams of conflict would emerge.
_________________________

VISION. I am walking on a road that leads into the forest. Suddenly a circular chasm opens next to the road.

Cautiously I approach the edge of the pit and peer over. I am gazing into a fathomless dark deep, and I am thinking of all my ecstatic falling dreams.

At that moment I hear the clatter of hoofbeats coming along the road out of the forest. I raise my eyes and see a spectral being on a black horse galloping toward me. He is moving with the speed of the wind, and his aura is of stupendous and irresistible power. I know at once that nothing in the universe can impede or resist this onrushing power. As the horse thunders by, its flank brushes me lightly, and I am knocked head over heels into the abyss. I wake up quaking with fright.

What’s so different about this descensus from my other glorified tumbles? Why was there no hint of luminous supporting depths waiting to receive me? For a long time I thought this dream meant that I was going to undergo physical death at an early age. I took this horseman to be the Lord of Death himself, on his daily journey around the world.
_________________________

When you take a breath of air, are you possessed by the air? When you take a drink of water, are you possessed by the water? When you eat a meal…and so forth.

You cannot live without air, water, and food. All of these material dependencies are metaphors for your dependency on the Spirit. (Actually, they are metaphysical manifestations of your dependency on the Spirit, but that’s a discussion for another day.)

In order to consciously awaken to Spirit, you will have to fall into that aspect of consciousness we call “subtle awareness". Subtle awareness is the intuitive faculty which allows us to know things directly, without the intermediary of the verbal mind. Some of you have that already, so you know what I am talking about. Others may think I am telling a fairy tale or a myth. More’s the pity.

But the fact is you do have this subtle awareness. You already have it. You are born with it. In your case it may be sleeping in a dark cave, or atrophied or suppressed, but it is a living part of your totality. Unless you revive it, you will never walk out of your current imprisonment in the mind. No amount of money will liberate you from your half-alive state, this condition of atrophied subtle awareness.

Know though, that subtle awareness is a vast expanse of experience that, like an ocean, can be either shallow or profound. Hopefully you will make your way from the shallow shores towards the unspeakable depths.

The subtle realm is nurture. It is education. It is also danger, a universe in which archetypes roam like carnivorous fish, making a meal of the weak and the naive. (These “dangerous entities” in the deep psyche include people who developed subtle awareness only to use it as a tool for possessing others and placing them in bondage.)

I am saying you don’t need to fear such intelligences as long as you keep faith with your own heart, and with the underlying truth of subtle experience:

May I recognize whatever appears as being my own mindforms. May I fear not the bands of the Peaceful and the Wrathful, who are my own mindforms. ~ from The Tibetan Book of the Dead
______________________

The important thing to remember is that the realm of subtle experience responds instantly to how it is seen. Yes, it contains everything that is unknown to you, but it is also instantaneously responsive to the act of perception itself. (Or should I say the art of perception?)

How can that be? Please remember, it is not an other that is awakening but your very “I” – the Self that is the root of your being. That’s why we say, “May I recognize whatever appears as being my own mindforms.”

This Self is looking for you, and will, if you allow it, educate and awaken you. It will test your “art of perception". When it knocks at your door, and when you open to it, it begins at once to transform your perspective – your way of seeing. It is the Liberator of your seeing – not all at once, but bit by bit.

Yes, in the realm of subtle awareness there will be moments of vision and great revelation, private glimpses of the “beyond-beyond” state of the Self. But the essence of the Self’s initiation is work – a new kind of work in which the soul collaborates with the Spirit in the real tasks of real liberation.

The work has been succinctly described as “self-inquiry". Sadly, this simple phrase has been wildly misunderstood to mean a kind of rote practice in which one asks the question, over and over, “who am I?".

Presumably this mantra-like recitation will help one to peel away the layers of illusion, false-self, and ego-persona to arrive at direct realization of the “I” of the Self. I say presumably, because no one has been shown to have achieved Self-realization using this formulaic practice.

Even Maharshi, who is supposed to have simplified his own awakening into this formula that he could hand out, like prasad, to the thousands who came to see him, did not achieve Self-realization by asking “who am I?” Rather, he allowed his i-sense to confront the inescapable reality of death. And that’s what you should do as well. When death becomes so real to you that you see the futility of the hopes and dreams of the little “i", then the great “I” will come to you and shake you awake.

And that’s important to know: the Self comes to you, and takes an active role in your education and awakening. It is another terrible mistake that seekers make, to believe they can do this “practice” in isolation from the tremendum of God. Again, as I have suggested before, they have made “non-dualism” into a ritualized form of Spirit-denial. The ego actually believes it can do the whole job of “becoming enlightened” by reciting a simple prescription handed-down by an authentic sage. And they sit for hours and hours in their “communion halls", repeating the phrase inwardly, waiting for sudden and total illumination. Good luck with that, boys.

Personally I have preferred to take the dynamic and inter-active route, of responding to the spontaneous intrusion of God into my life. I know I am not alone in this, having known others of similar disposition.

And in taking this path, I have allowed myself to be educated by that Tremendum which was Unconscious to me. I have accepted the tasks the Spirit set for me, of unraveling and inspecting the knots and complexes of the psyche.

This is true self-inquiry, you know. This is the self-inquiry that the Spirit wants you to practice: to know the personal psyche inside and out, and to explore those deep parts of the mind which Jung called “the archetypal".

Don’t worry about this legendary “God Realization” you seek. To turn around Jack Kornfield’s famous phrase, forget the ecstasy – first do the laundry.
