SUBHUTI'S EMPTINESS
Subhuti was Buddha's disciple. He was able to understand the potency of emptiness, that nothing exists except in its relationship of subjectivity and objectivity. One day, in a mood of sublime emptiness, Subhuti was resting underneath a tree when flowers began to fall about him.
"We are praising you for your discourse on emptiness," the gods whispered to Subhuti.
"But I have not spoken of emptiness," replied Subhuti.
"You have not spoken of emptiness, we have not heard emptiness," responded the gods. "This is the true emptiness." The blossoms showered upon Subhuti as rain.

The secret of invisibility

*note* Looks like Crowley has managed to get the secret of invisibility..I post this because this is a lower power,indeed..I dedublated my whole body..something Aleister never done it..and I did it with witnesses.
HOWEVER..I know he did it from the explanations he wrote about the topic(lol..last time when I did it,I almost got punched in the nose, because I appeared in the middle of a crowd...and they started screaming..so I'll never do that again, for my safety)
In any case,it is about the consciousness  shanka of buddhism..you dissolve it and you become invisible.BELIEVE ME!!!..I HAVE DONE IT many times!!!!
WHY IS THAT?..because the counsciouness shapes the REALITY..that's why.
Thus spokenth the mahayogi...be aware I have no love for Aleister..is just how he describes the process I KNOW he did it...because of my experience.

12. The same sort of thing occurs with adequate concentration on any object. It is connected, curiously enough, with the phenomena of invisibility. When your mind has gone so deeply into itself that it is unconscious of itself and its surroundings, one of the most ordinary results is that the body becomes invisible to other people. I do not think that it would make any difference for a photograph, though I have no evidence for saying this; but it has happened to me on innumerable occasions. It was an almost daily occurrence when I was in Sicily.
13. A party of us used to go down to a very beautiful bay of sand, whence jutted fantastically-shaped islets of rock; it is rimmed by cliffs encrusted with jewels of marine life. The way was over a bare hillside; except for a few hundred yards of vineyard there was no cover -- nay, not for a rabbit. But it often happened that one of the party would turn to speak to me, and fail to see me. I have often known this to happen when I was dictating; my chair was apparently empty.
Incidentally, this faculty, which I think is exercised, as arule, unconsciously, may become an actual magical power.
14. It happened to me on one occasion that a very large number of excited people were looking for me with no friendly intentions; but I had a feeling of lightness, of ghostliness, as if I were a shadow moving soundlessly about the street; and in actual fact none of the people who were looking for me gave the slightest indication that they were aware of my presence.
There is a curious parallel to this incident in one of the Gospels where we read that 'they picked up stones to stone him, but he, passing through the midst of them, went his way.'

Your friend is your needs answered

Lead me from dreaming to waking.

- The Upanishads

*note* Kahlil Gibran talks..aghh.the beauty of friendship...if I recall how many friends betrayed me,I don't have hairs on my head to count.
Please..believe in friendship.
When I am done with my friends...only the enemies will remain standing tall....
As the proverb says,,Oh Lord..protect me from friends...for the enemies are like ants around me,but I'll take care of them..JUST protect me from friends,oh GODs if you can!!
The funny thing is that the enemies are your projection.
Your friends are your projection too..unless they resonate with the beauty of their inner spirit which is ONE in all of us.
Never trust anybody, said the mahayogi..but trust your spirit within, which is ONE with friends or enemies...but first, you have to discover your true self,of course.
So if you find a good friend..keep it..for he is allowing you to see yourself, and himself in the same time...

On Friendship
Kahlil Gibran

Your friend is your needs answered.
He is your field which you sow with love and reap with thanksgiving.
And he is your board and your fireside.
For you come to him with your hunger, and you seek him for peace.

When your friend speaks his mind you fear not the "nay" in your own mind, nor do you withhold the "ay."
And when he is silent your heart ceases not to listen to his heart;
For without words, in friendship, all thoughts, all desires, all expectations are born and shared, with joy that is unacclaimed.
When you part from your friend, you grieve not;
For that which you love most in him may be clearer in his absence, as the mountain to the climber is clearer from the plain.
And let there be no purpose in friendship save the deepening of the spirit.
For love that seeks aught but the disclosure of its own mystery is not love but a net cast forth: and only the unprofitable is caught.

And let your best be for your friend.
If he must know the ebb of your tide, let him know its flood also.
For what is your friend that you should seek him with hours to kill?
Seek him always with hours to live.
For it is his to fill your need, but not your emptiness.
And in the sweetness of friendship let there be laughter, and sharing of pleasures.
For in the dew of little things the heart finds its morning and is refreshed.

What do you think happens to our soul after we die?

I saw this question on a website, asked by Deepak Chopra, the celebrated Indian author.

I have been asked this question by seekers at my ashram for years. And of the many answers I give them ( and they are all true), here is one of them.

What do you think happens to our soul after we die?

What do I think happens?
I don't think. I know, O Seeker.
Here is the answer you seek:Your soul is a collection of energy that comes together for a while in your physical form, and then, when you die, the energy is dissipated, and redistributed. The soul is like an infant's breath: soft, ephemeral, and yet so full of life. When you die, your soul joins every other atom of energy in the universe, something that we call the Universal Spirit. And from that source of energy, that very same life force that exists deep within your heart, from that Universal Oneness, you arise again.
Not the "you", as you think you are right now, because that is the limited self that you identify with; that limited self will completely cease to exist when you die. In other words, on a superficial level, the nihilists were right: there is no "I" after death, death is nothingness, complete dissolution, a cessation of every thing that defines who you are now. Now, this thought - of complete annihilation after death - can be a very anxiety provoking thought for most people. It can be frightening to think that you will cease to exist forever when you die. ( It is also a thought that brings a heightened sense of urgency to some people, and an almost frenzied hedonism in others, but more about that some other time. )

Most people, even the staunchest atheists cling to the belief that their after life will be of some meaning to them in a very personal sense. When people think of heaven, they think of angels singing to them, of bliss in a white cloud. If they think of reincarnation, they think of themselves reborn as a prince, or a king. Or, if they are particularly guilt ridden or neurotic, then they might expect to be reborn as a dog or a goat, even as an insect. But the common thread is the belief that some tangible essence of themselves will carry on.
There are many variations on the theme - each religion, and most spiritual beliefs have one explanation or another that serves to somehow give a sense of continuity to us. The end of my life, most people think (or at least, hope) is not the end of everything for me.

Now as I say this, the few of you who like to be intellectual, and spiritual, might claim: Not me! I know exactly what you mean, I am not stupid I don't think of things in such concrete terms. I understand the subtle metaphysical concept that you are talking about.

Let me say this: Although you might intellectually understand what I am saying, your emotion, your heart is fighting that notion. You have not emotionally embraced the fact , the undeniable truth that you, as you know of yourself in most waking moments will definitely 100% cease to exist when you die.

Even you, Deepak, hope in your heart of hearts, that if you are reborn again, it is with a sense of who you are. In other words, when Deepak asks, "What is my afterlife going to be like? he actually means, "What is Deepak's afterlife going to be like?"

The answer is this - "Deepak" will cease to exist when he dies. But he will be reborn. This might seem to be a paradox, but it is not. Stated another way, when you die, your Self will be reborn, but your limited self will cease to exist when you die.

The answer is complicated, but let me break it down as follows:

a) Your soul, as you think of your soul most of the time, will cease to exist when you die.
b) Your soul is the same as my soul, as everybody's soul. It is the Universal Soul. (although, if you use linear measures, you would say, "My soul is part of the Universal Soul.")
c) Your soul will cease to identify with your sense of self when you die. Your sense of self will immerse again with the Universal Soul. And then from that Oneness will arise another manifestation of it.
As you reflect on part c) of that explanation, remember that this is not a linear process. Linearity is a construct, a way of thinking that might make it difficult for you to understand the truth. Linearity and the constraints of vocabuulary and language - all of which are linear - might make it difficult for you to understand the Truth.

This is why the Buddha used analogies. This is why you and I, many of us, use analogies to understand this feeling of utter oneness, this Ultimate Realization.

Do excuse my tendency to use capitals - I realize that this might seem an unnecessary perhaps even annoying tendency, but there is no other way to convey the bigness, (or the Bigness) of the concepts. (If you are astute to point out that the concepts of BIG and small, are manifestations of linearity, I would commend you and agree with you.)

Anyway, let me try and use an an analogy, or a metaphor, if you will: Think of the Universal Oneness, the Universal Spirit, as a warm bath of energy that is constantly bubbling. Each bubble, each manifestation of the Universal Spirit is you. It is you, it is me, it is the bird in the sky. Those bubbles are everyone, and therefore, in a sense, no one.

They are no one, but they are all One. A warm bliss on which transient bubbles arise, only to return to the bliss.

To illustrate the difficulty of trying to communicate these thoughts with the linearity of our language, let us deconstruct the previous sentence. Read it again: A warm bliss on which transient bubbles arise, only to return to the bliss.

Now, the word "return" in that previous sentence is a word of linearity - return means going back, which implies a journey, and a journey always has a start and an end. So, "return" was not the most accurate word, but it comes closest to what I am trying to explain to you.

The bath continues to bubble, but each bubble happens forever, and at the same time. They happen one after another, but from a larger perspective, the bubbles not only form one after the other, but the very same bubbles are also happening simultaneously.

Let me illustrate. Here is an exercise that you can do right now, to get a glimpse of that Oneness that I am talking about - that place where there is no past, no future, no you and no me, and yet the both of us.

Think of this:

A warm bath, bubbles rising to the top.

It is a slow, but driving and intense heat that drives the bubbles up to the surface.

Some of those bubbles, having relinquished to the warm liquid, do not rise again. Others rise again, some subtly aware that they are a bubble floating in a warm bath of bliss, some (not blissfully) completely unaware of this.

And some who are always ( in a linear manner of speaking) in touch with this warm bath of Bliss.

For whom, the transience (in a linear manner of speaking) of their bubble, the suffering, or the pleasure, the pain, or the happiness, the joy and the sadness, are all properties of the bubble, not of the warm bath of Bliss.

Each bubble in that warm bath has within it a molecule of a past bubble. Except, remember, this is not happening in a linear manner, so each bubble has a molecule of every other bubble - past, present, and future. And therefore each bubble is the entire Unversal Spirit.

Each bubble that arises to the surface of that warm bath is affected by everything that happens to the Universal Oneness.

After you spend some time reflecting on those images, let us talk briefly about another cognitive construct that we use to make sense of our world.
This construct, like the construct of linearity, makes it difficult for some people to comprehend the nature of Oneness. This mental construct, makes it difficult to comprehend the nature of oneness. It is the notion that Karma is a linear process: many people believe that if they perform bad deeds, then they will pay for it in some form, either in this life, or another.

But remember - Karma happens now, and in the future, and in the past. It happens in All Space and All Time. In other words, if you do a bad deed today, that affects you and me and everybody. And it affects us now and yesterday and tomorrow - in the space of All time, and No time.

To the cynic, or the disbeliever, this might sounds a bit like New Age drivel. But, as I said earlier, there is no other way in which one can explain the Truth.

The problem is that there are so many pretenders, so many people who have learned the terminology of the enlightened that they write about it, and talk about it, and spout it , as if they have actually understood the essence of what it is that they are describing. A Buddha is exceptional, not only because he is an enlightened man, but because he is an enlightened man who describes eloquently a path that has led to his self-realization.

Most truly enlightened people are silent. One - because there are so few (as I write this, I have no idea how many other people are similarly enlightened) and Two -maybe, because there is a level of enlightenment, at which there is no discernible need to explain the answer. (If there is such a level of enlightenment then no one who claims to know the way is truly enlightened - myself included.)

Karma is not a question of, " what you do in this life, so you reap in the next life". A disclaimer before I explain what Karma actually is - The linearity of language applies to words such as "here", "now", and, in the non-linear world that I talk of, the meaning of "everyone" is the same as the meaning of "you" and vice-versa.

Karma is this - As you do now, so does everybody reap in their next life and in this life; as you do now, so does that energy get transmitted back to you, but also to everyone; Every bubble influences every other bubble, because from another perspective, the entire Universal Spirit is one blissful bubble.

W.H. Murray on Commitment

... Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness. Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one elementary truth, the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves, too.

All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one's favor all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamt would have come his way. I learned a deep respect for one of Goethe's couplets:

Whatever you can do or dream you can, begin it.
Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it!

Lights are off,it's time to go
Out the window I crawl slow
Wait till neighbors go to sleep
On the maidens then I creep
I'm the one they mostly fear
In their hearts they hold me dear
I'm the one they fear most
But for them I'm holy ghost
I'm the one whom they forsake
I want them to be awake
I'm the one they never speak
In their hearts for me they seek
Just for me the windows close
But I brake them with my nose
I'm the one they try to flee
Never knowing what I see
I'm the one they try to purge
But for me they feel the urge
I make inner fears burst
And for me they feel the thirst
So,as long I won't retire
I'm one happy,loved vampire!!!

Keep a copy of this in your wallet (I do). When confronted with a suspected vampire, ask to see his passport (if it shows a birthdate in the eighteenth century, so much the better). Cross reference the place of birth with the chart. Wait until the daylight, when the vampire is dormant, and take him out with the suggested method. BEFORE STARTING THIS OR ANY OTHER VAMPIRE ERADICATION PROGRAM, CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR.

*note* some poems from Huang Po ,the 7 feet monk with a lump on his forehead(The Blue Cliff Record claims he was seven feet tall.(Cleary & Cleary, p 73) and imposing with a small lump on his forehead “shaped like a pearl”, presumed by some writers as a result of his continuous prostrations before the Buddha. (Foster & Shoemaker, p 91).

What Huángbò knew was that students of Chan often became attached to “seeking” enlightenment and he constantly warned against this (and all attachment) as an obstruction to enlightenment: “If you students of the Way wish to become Buddhas, you need study no doctrines whatever, but learn only how to avoid seeking for and attaching yourselves to anything.” [19]

He also firmly rejected all dualism, especially between the “ordinary” and “enlightened” states: “If you would only rid yourselves of the concepts of ordinary and Enlightened, you would find that there is no other Buddha than the Buddha in your own Mind. …The arising and the elimination of illusion are both illusory. Illusion is not something rooted in Reality; it exists because of your dualistic thinking. If you will only cease to indulge in opposed concepts such as ‘ordinary’ and ‘Enlightened’, illusion will cease of itself.[20]

While Huángbò was an uncompromising and somewhat fearsome Chan teacher, he understood the nature of fear in students when they heard the doctrine of emptiness and the Void: “Those who hasten towards it [the Void] dare not enter, fearing to hurtle down through the void with nothing to cling to or to stay their fall. So they look to the brink and retreat.” [21] He taught that ‘no activity’ was the gateway of his Dharma but that “all who reach this gate fear to enter.” [22][23] To overcome this fear, one “must enter it with the suddenness of a knife-thrust”

You people are just like drunkards. I don’t know how you manage to keep on your feet in such a sodden condition. Why everyone will die laughing at you. It all seems so easy, so why do we have to live to see a day like this? Can’t you understand that in the whole Empire of the T’ang there are no ‘teachers of Zen’?”

A monk stepped forth and asked, “How can you say that? At this very moment, as all can see, we are sitting face to face with one who has appeared in the world to be a teacher of monks and a leader of men!”

Please note that I did not say there is no Zen. I merely pointed out that there are no teachers![24]

Enlightenment

When practitioners of Zen fail to transcend
the world of their senses and thoughts,
all they do has no value.
Yet, when senses and thoughts are obliterated
all the roads to universal mind are blocked
and there is no entrance.
The primal mind has to be recognised along with the senses and thoughts.
It neither belongs to them nor is independent of them.
Don’t build your understanding on your senses and thoughts,
yet don’t look for the mind separate from your senses and thoughts.
Don’t attempt to grasp Reality by pushing away your senses
and thoughts.
Unobstructed freedom is to be neither attached not detached.
This is enlightenment.

From: The Wisdom of the Zen Masters by: Timothy Freke

The Buddha and all sentinent beings
are nothing but expressions of the one
mind. There is nothing else.

People are scared to empty their minds
fearing that they will be engulfed by the void.

What they don’t realize is that
their own mind is the void.

Here it is – right now. Start thinking about it and you miss it.

Forever Young

Lead me from dreaming to waking.
Lead me from opacity to clarity.
Lead me from the complicated to the simple.
Lead me from the obscure to the obvious.
Lead me from intention to attention.
Lead me from what I'm told I am to what I see I am.
Lead me from confrontation to wide openness.
Lead me to the place I never left,
Where there is peace, and peace
- The Upanishads

*note* beautiful song about impermanence from Laura Branigan ..she wanted to be,,forever young,,however as it seems "Branigan died at her home on Long Island, New York, on August 26, 2004. Her death was attributed to a previously undiagnosed brain aneurysm. It was reported in the media that she had been experiencing headaches for a few weeks before her death but did not seek medical attention. Branigan was cremated and her ashes were distributed over Long Island Sound."

So every time you don't meditate ..think about the day you'll die. That way, you'll discover the immortal in you(if you are lucky)
Be aware that you are formed of the 4 elements..which activate the 5th(consciousness) united with the 6th(void)
NOTHING OF YOU WILL REMAIN,not even bones.
You are NOT that..you are in truth the immortal ,beloved within...
The unity of THIS with THAT activates KNOWLEDGE.
And BLISS.
And POWERS.
Do not postpone meditation on the Source,or you'll end up like Laura singing bellow,NOT knowing she''ll die soon.
Please investigate...I am speaking the truth.
THUS SPOKENTH THE MAHAYOGI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let's dance in style, lets dance for a while
Heaven can wait we're only watching the skies
Hoping for the best but expecting the worst
Are you going to drop the bomb or not?
Let us die young or let us live forever
We don't have the power but we never say never
Sitting in a sandpit, life is a short trip
The music's for the sad men
Can you imagine when this race is won
Turn our golden faces into the sun
Praising our leaders we're getting in tune
The music's played by the madman

Forever young, i want to be forever young
Do you really want to live forever, forever forever
Forever young, i want to be forever young
Do you really want to live forever
Forever young

Some are like water, some are like the heat
Some are a melody and some are the beat
Sooner or later they all will be gone
Why don't they stay young
It's so hard to get old without a cause
I don't want to perish like a fading horse
Youth is like diamonds in the sun
And diamonds are forever
So many adventures couldn't happen today
So many songs we forgot to play
So many dreams are swinging out of the blue
We let them come true

Forever young, i want to be forever young
Do you really want to live forever, forever forever
Forever young, i want to be forever young
Do you really want to live forever forever forever
Forever young, i want to be forever young
Do you really want to live forever, forever forever
Forever young, i want to be forever

......................
We all think we know what the ego is but few really do. It is not what we think it is at all. We talk about one person having a big ego or a small one. We say he/she is on an ego trip. We sometimes think of who we are as my ego, it is our identity. These are all just ideas about something that few really understand. That process we refer to as ego is an illusion. We have no ego because there is no one to have one.

If we don't come to see clearly the cause and process of the ego, we are doomed as a species. You may think that is a bit of an exaggeration but if you follow what is said here, and come to understand it, you will agree. The root cause of almost every problem we humans face is the ego. Understanding this has to go beyond words. This is a major problem in everything we try to communicate to one another; we see words and we have learned to think we understand there meaning, but all we understand is the description, not the reality they may point to. So, please, try to see what is written here directly, without any of your knowledge getting in the way. You will have plenty of time to think about your past understanding of this later. For now just read and try to see what is being expressed.

Let us take a trip back in time, way before humans were humans. We must have been fairly bright apes and we lived in an eat or be eaten world. We were not as big or as strong as many of the other creatures around us. We were hunters and gatherers. We were also not the only bipedal animals and had to compete with others trying to survive as we were. With a bit of luck and a slightly larger brain we stayed alive as the other near humans died off, or were killed by us.

As hunter-gatherers, we had to develop a good memory. How else could we find and know where to return to our food sources. The memory was a very necessary tool for all animals, but the pre-human went further than any animal we know of. The memory developed in us the ability to make abstract images in the mind of our environment. With this came the ability to objectify and name objects. This process took so long to develop that we did not realize the objects we named were merely ideas in memory. We have little knowledge of how long of a period this skill took to develop. It must have been imperceptibly slow, so we never realized it was taking place.

Aside from the problems it would someday cause, this was a wonderful development. We could look out, see an object, or animal, or friend, or our mate, name them, and even draw them. We could make an abstract mental symbol of any object, be they a person, place, thing, or an event. Now this all must sound pretty normal, no big deal; we don't have to be a scholar to consider how this all came about. Just a little thinking about it is all that is needed. So, what does this have to do with the ego?

Before this evolutionary development there was no ego. The ego was not a part of the thinking mind when we were simple animals. As we started to see and name everything, over a long period of time, we started to see the mental images as something real, not just as ideas in the memory banks of our brains. We not only saw our fellow beings; we began to identify with them. Keep in mind all this identity was purely a mental process. It became a sort of image feedback system that turned into an identity feedback system. I call you Grog and you return with my name, Grope, or whatever, which reinforced our sense of identity. Out of this grew the sense of ownership, tribal identity, which over time grew to include my country over yours, my church, my god, my power, my desires, my possessions, and on and on into the world we know today.

Just as a human fetus goes through all the stages of our physical evolution, we condition our children from birth to develop the ego. We continually reinforce this process in our offspring and ourselves. I have known people who had a very little understanding of the ego and tried to break the cycle of its development in their children and, of course, failed. If it had worked, they could have ended up with some very neurotic kids. We live in a society that is based in ego and all of our languages are dualistic. Our children have to live in such a world and they need to know how to deal with it. This does not mean there aren't things we can do to help the children be not only more free of the ego but develop minds that can deeply question everything in their lives with out fear. And, if we really understand it ourselves, we can help them awaken when their minds are ripe and ready to Awaken. We can teach them to not follow anyone, any belief, or authority with out deeply going into it and coming to some level of insight as to what to believe. If we do not understand these things, we cannot help them. The ego will just go on as it has throughout history. The ego is the most destructive process on earth.

Security for the body is a natural function that all animals need to survive. We need it for all the obvious reasons. However, as the brain developed and started to identify as a separate individual, the need for physical security was carried over to the imaginary person living as images in the brain. When we started feeling the need to protect that which can never be protected, the beginning of all the problems we see today came into being. Everything from domestic violence to racism, jealousy, and hatred can be traced to the ego being insecure. Whatever we identify with becomes a part of the ego and we will go to our death to protect all we consider ours. We say we love someone but if that person becomes a threat to our sense of identity we are ready to kill them. We turn to religion for a sense of security and then defend the beliefs of that religion no matter how insane they are. Look at how many wars that have been caused by such beliefs. We are capable of being totally cruel and sadistic to anyone we feel is a threat to our beliefs. We know, subconsciously, that we are living a lie but we cannot see it for fear it would mean the death of who we think we are. So we go from lie to lie, always seeking some rest from our nightmarish insecurity. We will never find it. The ego is insecurity itself, so how can it ever be free? Watch your own thinking and those around you and in time it will be seen very clearly that this is true.

Greed is another way the ego tries to find security, and there is no limit to how much money some people believe they have to possess. When we see large corporations killing us with tobacco, chemicals, and all the other things that are threatening the environment, and they just don't care. The dollar is more important than anything else. Yet we, for the most part, sit by and let it happen because it may mean our jobs if we don't go along with it all. Our own government is as guilty as any corportation. The government, along with the military, is just a branch of big business. We are of little importance to any of them. We are just consumers who keep the machine of business going on raping the world. If we don't start to awaken, there is very little hope of survival for any of us. And it all goes back to the ego, the core killer of this wonderful planet.

Life is in constant change and to deal with this change we have to be as flexible as the rest of life. Yet, we are not at all flexible as ego. We have identified with events, hurts, desires, and identification with so much of our, seeming, history that we look to as sign posts, landmarks within the mind, that keep us in the past. We fear change. To be open to change we have to be open to letting go of our identity, and insecurity will not allow us to let go. We don't consciously know this; it is just a gut feeling. Even the things in our lives that have hurt us so deeply we will not let go of. The ego will identify with anything, even our suffering. This is one of the reasons people rarely heal from emotional suffering. If they can identify with some new state, idea, or symbol, then they may let go of that part of their past. However, under the right conditions all that hurtful past will reemerge to haunt them again. We cannot be fully free of all this suffering until we awaken from the dream of ego. No matter what we do to free ourselves it will be useless. We can turn to religion, which will also be useless, being based in ego/insecurity. Nothing you identify with can free you. This process will go on until you die unless you can find it in yourself and see it with such clarity that it comes to an end. Only then will you understand what life really is.

Who you think you are is this very process, the phantom ego. If you see this clearly, it will come as a shock. If you don't feel that shock, you are either not seeing it clearly or you are Enlightened.

When you awaken and realize the truth of what has been said here you will see we are in a state of insanity. We have been killing one another and destroying our environment for ages and we do not have that much time left to make a major shift in the way we deal with life or we will be destroyed. We can go on denying the facts, we can keep following leaders who don't have a clue of where the real problem is, and we can keep ourselves blind while being entertained until the end, which isn't that far in the future. Most of us have no idea of what love is, nor real compassion. The only way to truly see with the heart is to be free of the ego. It is the heart that will save this wonderful planet. Not our religious leaders, saviors, or politicians who have been lying to us from the beginning. The key to real happiness and wholeness is within you. It is up to you to awaken and go beyond the nightmare of ego.

But I love you anyway.....before I get angry ,that's it...beware of the mahayogi,I say.He will love you forever,then shit happens...if you don't obey.
What is to learn from this lesson?
Unless you are your own guru, you can't discern.
And unless you can't discern, you can't be your own guru.

Truth is a Rabbit, by Alfred Pulyan
white rabbit by Durer The truth does not permeate all religions except in such fantastic disguise that its own father wouldn't know it. Suppose truth is a rabbit. This rabbit is in a field -- a large field. Round the field are very high walls -- creeds and dogma! So -- find your damn rabbit!! And remember the rabbit knows your thoughts & so as you resolve to go one way to catch it, it knows & evades you!
Alfred Pulyan was an American Zen master who worked almost exclusively through the mail. This excerpt is from correspondence he had with Richard Rose."(from TAT forum,http://www.tatfoundation.org/forum2003-04.htm)

The Song of the Jeweled Mirror Samadhi -- Tozan Ryokai

The teaching of suchness, is given directly,
Through all buddha ancestors,
Now that it's yours, keep it well.

A serving of snow in a silver bowl,
Or herons concealed in the glare of the moon
Apart, they seem similar, together, they're different.
Meaning cannot rest in words,
It adapts itself to that which arises.
Tremble and you're lost in a trap,
Miss and there's always regrets.

Neither reject nor cling to words,
Both are wrong; like a ball of fire,
Useful but dangerous. Merely expressed
In fine language, the mirror will tarnish.

At midnight truly it's most bright
By daylight it cannot still be seen.
It is the principle that regulates all,
Relieving every suffering.

Though it doesn't act it is not without words.
In the most precious mirror
Form meets reflection:
You are not It, but It is all you.

Just as a baby, five senses complete,
Neither going or coming, nor arising or staying,
Babbles and coos: speech without meaning,
No understanding, unclearly expressed.

Six lines make the double li trigram,
Where principle and appearances interact.
Lines stacked in three pairs
Yet transform in five ways.

Like the five flavors of the hyssop plant
Or the five branches of the diamond scepter,
Reality harmonizes subtly just as
Melody and rhythm, together make music.

Penetrate the root and you fathom the branches,
Grasping connections, one then finds the road.
To be wrong is auspicious,
There's no contradiction.

Naturally pure and profoundly subtle,
It touches neither delusion nor awakening,
At each time and condition it quietly shines.

So fine it penetrates no space at all,
So large its bounds can never be measured.
But if you're off by a hair's breadth
All harmony's lost in discord.

Now there are sudden and gradual schools
With principles, approaches so standards arise.
Penetrating the principle, mastering the approach,
The genuine constant continues outflowing.

A tethered horse, a mouse frozen in fear,
Outwardly still but inwardly whirling:
Compassionate sages freed them with teaching.

In upside down ways folks take black for white.
When inverted thinking falls away
They realize mind without even trying.

If you want to follow the ancient path
Then consider the ancients: the buddha,
Completing the path, still sat for ten eons.

Like a tiger leaving a trace of the prey,
Like a horse missing the left hind shoe,
For those whose ability is under the mark
A jeweled footrest and brocaded robe.
For others who still can manifest wonder
There's a house cat and cow.
Yi the archer shot nine of ten suns
From the sky, saving parched crops,
Another bowman hit targets at hundreds of paces:
These skills are small to compare with that in which
Two arrow points meet head on in mid air.
The wooden man breaks into song,
A stone maiden leaps up to dance,
They can't be known by mere thought
Or feelings, so how can they be analyzed?

The minister still serves his lord
The child obeys his parent.
Not obeying is unfilial,
Not serving is a useless waste.

Practicing inwardly, functioning in secret,
Playing the fool, seemingly stupid,
If you can only persist in this way,
You will see the lord within the lord
.

*note*..Mister Bean is well intentioned, but he lacks will power...However his pure desire to be ONE with the SOURCE is active(from inside).
So he tries to jump into the VOID ,but his ego(false idea about him) tries to prevent his demise(he believes the void is annihilation ..wrongly)
So he keeps with his last ego fingers...till someone else(life or a person) steps on it and makes him ,,LET GO,,
Then he lets go,and he is fine.
So let go,everything will be fine.Powers beyond your understanding will help you in the journey...even if they step on your toes,or fingers...there is a purpose.
By the way..the laughing you hear in the background is the UNIVERSE laughing at YOU ....don't take life too seriously I said many times before....THE UNIVERSE IS LAUGHING AT YOU!!....when you'll laugh too.. THEN you'll KNOW the truth as YOURSELF,as I did...kisses:)..not before...I still wait for you to start laughing. Are you?...if you are, then you know the truth.

Ne m'éconduis pas... mais..
conduis -moi!

My Beloved

My peace, O my brothers and sisters, is my solitude,
And my Beloved is with me always,
For His love I can find no substitute,
And His love is the test for me among mortal beings,
Whenever His Beauty I may contemplate,
He is my "mihrab", towards Him is my "qiblah"
If I die of love, before completing satisfaction,
Alas, for my anxiety in the world, alas for my distress,
O Healer (of souls) the heart feeds upon its desire,
The striving after union with Thee has healed my soul,
O my Joy and my Life abidingly,
You were the source of my life and from Thee also came my ecstasy.
I have separated myself from all created beings,
My hope is for union with Thee, for that is the goal of my desire...

Beautiful explaining from Sharmila(very candid..and true..this photo she sent to me couple weeks before her death, since I knew she was done, and I needed a photo, but couldn't tell her)

Hi !
to whom it may concern... I would like to share with you the most wonderful thing that happened into my life... " self realization"... self realization ... what's this.. ? This ? a so simple thing..
I am sure that you certainly have been told about " chakras " ? No...
Oh come on really no ?
Well the chakras are wheels of energy that circulate inside of us .. As you know... that you know.. we have different " bodies ", the etheric one, the physical one, etcc... 7 all together ... But the most interesting one is the " subtile body".
A subtil body ???? What's that.. ok I'll explain.
In science we know that we have the left sympathetic channel which governs the right balloon of the "ego" the right brain .. Ok ? this channel is our feminine aspect or the lunar channel and also the channel of desires, the blue channel..
Then the right channel, the masculin aspect in us, the solar channel which ends at our left side brain and becomes " the super ego "This channel of a yellow color is the one of our projections, our actions.
In psychology we call those channels the " Moi" and the "sur Moi ", and how about the wonderful central channel, ( called by the hindus , the sushumna nadi ) the parasympathetic central channel which governs all our autonomous system , like breathing, blood circulation, and heart-beats ...
This channel is not an utopia it really exist and can be seen with laser radiography, I saw my own, and all the chakras attached to it .
Humanity travels unconsciously from a channel to another one, without " resting" a while in the center..
Let me tell you when we desire something we do an action corresponding to that thing to be realized or achieved or done..
We desire with the left and we act with the right. For exemple, I desired to share my experience with you, ( left channel ), now I am in the right channel writing these lines.
I'm sure you understand all this.
Supposing I wish to share something important.. Instead of just jumping on my computer to write... I stop a while, close my eyes.. ask the help of my central channel to be able to find the judicious words to touch people..It's what I did before writing.
It means that I rested a while ( 10 mn ) by resting in the sushumna nadhi, I got connected to The Primordial Energy which resides in our bone " the sacrum ", in the pelvic area., the energy flows, my chakras who are on Her way, get enlightened .
The result of that is that now I' am really " inspired " to find the right words to express my self. You will ask why touching people? because despite of my numberless defects , I like people.. that's why my job before I retired was " airlines stewardess", I have flown thirty years at Sabena airlines ( now SN ) caring for people, serving them, sharing smiles and the joy that I always had in my heart..
Now I'm retired of course, and I still have this urge to help others.. sorry It's my profound nature.
A french saying quote " when I know the people, I love more the animals..
I say " I love people and.... I also love the animals.".
So as I love all of you , whatever you are, jew, or black, or white, or red, or yellow,or muslims, or hindus, or catholic, or protestant, or budhist or young, or old, or fat, or skinny , or tall or short.. Please, Please come and sit down....
First read this carefully and try to experience the same thing I did 20 years ago, the experience of " self realization ". Ok
Sit down feet on the ground , well apart and no shoes ( stockings ok ), no glasses if you are wearing some., both hands, palms up, on your knees and close your eyes...
Put your right hand on your heart and ask yourself this question 3 times : " am I the spirit " ?
Then put your right hand on the upper left side of your stomack and ask 3 times :" am I my own
guide " ?
Then hand on the lower left side of your abdomen and ask 3 times : " can I have the pure knowledge" ?
Then without thinking keep your right hand there and make those affirmations ( as your energy will start to move ) ...Yes I have the pure knowledge !
Hand up on the upper left side of your stomach : YES I am my own guide.
Hand on your heart : " Yes I am the spirit, I am a part and parcel of the whole "
Then always your right on the left side of your neck head turned to the right and , say with full confidence without thinking: " I am not guilty.."
Then your right hand on your forehead ,head band downwards and say : I forgive, and I am forgiven!
Then , always your right hand behind your neck ( lower part of your head ) head reversed a little at the rear and say, : " oh ! Primordial Energy, if I have done something wrong while searching for the truth, please forgive me .."
Then put your right hand on your fontanella bone area(top of the head) ,fingers up ,and turn it 7 times clockwise and ask your energy : please Mother Energy, Mother Kundalini connect me with you.. connect me with the Universe.. remain silent 2 or 3 minutes, then open your eyes, and with both hands above your head ( more or less 5 ou 7 cm ) try to feel what is happening to you OK.?
I' m not going to suggest anything, but please mail me , I will be delighted to explain more things...( lilysharmila@yahoo.fr )

Love and Good luck.. ! http://sharmila108-abergel.blogspot.com/

...........
Once there was a man who loved himself and feared distress. He wanted happiness beyond the reach of danger, so he wandered endlessly.

Wherever people said that happiness was found, he longed to go, but wandering took a long, long time. He was the sort of man who loved himself and really dreaded death. He truly wanted release from aging & mortality.

Then one day he came to know the truth, abandoning the cause of suffering & compounded things. He found a cave of wonders, of endless happiness, i.e., the body.

As he gazed throughout the cave of wonders, his suffering was destroyed, his fears appeased. He gazed and gazed around the mountain side, Experiencing unbounded peace. He feared if he were to go and tell his friends, they'd say he'd gone insane.

He'd better stay alone, engaged in peace, abandoning his thoughts of contact, than to roam around, a sycophant, both criticized & flattered, exasperated & annoyed. But then there was another man afraid of death, his heart all withered & discouraged. He came to me and spoke frankly in a pitiful way.

He said, "You've made an effort at your meditation for a long time now. Have you seen it yet, the true Dhamma of your dreams?" (Eh! How is it that he knows my mind?) He asked to stay with me, so I agreed. "I'll take you to a massive mountain with a cave of wonders free from suffering & stress: mindfulness immersed in the body.

You can view it at your leisure to cool your heart and end your troubles. This is the path of the Noble lineage. It's up to you to go or not. I'm not deceiving or compelling you, just telling you the truth for what it is." And then I challenged him with riddles.

First: "What runs?" "What runs quickly is viññana, movements walking in a row, one after another. Not doubting that saññas are right, the heart gets caught up in the running back & forth. Saññas grab hold of things outside and pull them in to fool the mind, Making it think in confusion & go out searching, wandering astray. They fool it with various dhammas, like a mirage."

"What gains total release from the five khandhas?" "The heart, of course, & the heart alone. It doesn't grasp or get entangled. No more poison of possessiveness, no more delusion, it stands alone. No saññas can fool it into following along behind them."

"When they say there's death, what dies?" "Sankharas die, destroying their effects." "What connects the mind into the cycle?" "The tricks of sañña make it spin. The mind goes wrong because it trusts its saññas, attached to its likes, leaving this plane of being, going to that, wandering till it's dizzy, forgetting itself, completely obscure to itself. No matter how hard it tries to find the Dhamma, it can't catch a glimpse."

"What ferrets out the Dhamma?"
"The heart ferrets it out, trying to find out how saññas say 'good' and grasp at 'bad' and force it to fasten on loving & hating." "To eat once & never look for more?" "The end of wanting to look, to know, to hope for knowing more, The end of entanglements. The mind sits still on its dais, discarding its attachments." "A four-sided pool, brimming full?" "

The end of desire, abandoning doubt, clean, without a mote, & danger-free. Saññas settle out, sankharas don't disturb it. The heart is thus brimming, with nothing lacking. Quiet & still, the mind has no lamenting thoughts: something worth admiring day after day. Even if one were to gain heavenly treasures by the millions, they'd be no match for the true knowing that abandons all sankharas. The crucial thing: the ending of desire. Labels stay in their own sphere and don't intrude. The mind, unenthralled with anything, stops its struggling.

Like taking a mirror to look at your reflection: Don't get attached to the saññas, which are like the image. Don't get intoxicated with the issues of sankharas. "When the heart moves, you can catch sight of the unadulterated heart. You know for sure that the movement is in yourself because it changes. Inconstancy is a feature of the heart itself, no need to criticize anyone else. You know the different sorts of khandhas in the moving of the mind. "Before, I used to think that saññas were the heart, labeling 'outer' & 'inner,' which was why I was fooled. Now the heart's in charge, with no concerns, no hopes of relying on any one sañña at all.

Whatever arises or passes away there's no need to be possessive of saññas or to try to prevent them." "Like climbing to the top of a truly tall mountain and looking at the lowlands below, seeing every living being." "Way up high, looking back you see all your affairs from the very beginning, forming a path, like stairs." "Does the rise & fall of the river accord with the Truth?"

Let good & evil follow their own affairs. We simply free ourselves. Unentangled in sankharas: That's what's peaceful & cool. When you know the truth, you have to let go of sankharas as soon as you see their changing. When you weary of them, you let them go easily, with no need to be forced. The Dhamma is cooling. The mind will stop being subjected to things." "The five duties complete?" "Khandhas divide the issues of fashioning into five realms, each filled with its duties & affairs, with no room for any other, because their hands are full — no room even for fortune, status, praise, pleasure, loss of fortune, loss of status, criticism, pain.

They let each of these follow its own nature, in line with its truth. The mind's not entangled with any of these eight, because physical khandhas keep creating aging & illness without pause. The mental khandhas never rest. They work like motors because they must take on the kamma of what they have done: Good things make them enthralled & happy, bad things agitate and darken the heart, making it think without stop, as if it were aflame. The mind is defiled & dull. Its loves & hates are things it has thought up on its own, so who else can it blame? "

Do you want to escape aging & death? It's beyond the range of possibility, as when we want the mind to stop wandering around and thinking, when we want it to stay at one and hope to depend on its stillness. The mind is something that changes, totally uncertain. Saññas stay in place only from time to time. Once we grow wise to the nature of all five khandhas, the mind will be clear & clean, free from stain, with no more issues. If you can know in this way, it's superlative, because you see the truth, withdraw, and gain release. That's the end of the path.

You don't resist the natural way of the truth of things. Poverty & wealth, good & bad, in line with events both within & without, all have to pass and vanish. You can't grasp hold of anything at which the mind takes aim. "Now, when the mind's inconstant on its own — aquiver, quick — and you catch sight of it, that's when you find the ultimate in ease. Small things obscure our knowledge of the large. The khandhas totally obscure the Dhamma, and that's where we go wrong. We waste our time in watching khandhas so that we don't see the Dhamma that, though greater than the khandhas, seems like dust."

"There is, there isn't. There isn't, yet there is." "Here I'm totally stymied and can't figure it out. Please explain what it means." "There is birth of various causes & effects, but they are not beings, they all pass away. This is clear, the meaning of the first point: There is, there isn't. The second point, there isn't, yet there is: This refers to the deep Dhamma, the end of all three levels of existence, where there are no sankharas, and yet there is the stable Dhamma. This is the Singular Dhamma, truly solitary.

The Dhamma is One & unchanging. excelling all being, extremely still. The object of the unmoving heart, still & at respite, quiet & clear. No longer intoxicated, no longer feverish, its desires all uprooted, its uncertainties shed, its entanglement with the khandhas all ended & appeased, the gears of the three levels of the cosmos all broken, overweening desire thrown away, its loves brought to an end, with no more possessiveness, all troubles cured as the heart had aspired." "Please explain the mind's path in yet another way, & the cause of suffering in the mind that obscures the Dhamma." "The cause is enormous, but to put it briefly, it's the love that puts a squeeze on the heart, making it concerned for the khandhas. If the Dhamma is with the heart throughout time, that's the end of attachment, with no more cause for suffering: Remember this, it's the path of the mind.

You won't have to wonder, spinning around till you're dizzy. The mind, when the Dhamma's not always with it, gets attached to its likes, concerned for the khandhas, sunk in the cause of suffering. "So in brief, there's suffering & there's the Dhamma always with the mind. Contemplate this until you see the truth, and the mind will be completely cool. However great the pleasure or pain, they'll cause you no fear. No longer drunk with the cause of suffering, the mind's well-gone. Knowing just this much is enough to soothe your fevers, and to rest from your search for a path to release. The mind knowing the Dhamma forgets the mind attached to dust. The heart knowing the Dhamma of ultimate ease sees for sure that the khandhas are always stressful.

The Dhamma stays as the Dhamma, the khandhas stay as khandhas, that's all. "And as for the phrase, 'Cool, at ease, & freed from fever,' this refers to the mind that's rescued itself from the addictive error [of correcting other things]. The sankhara aggregate offers no pleasure and truly is painful, for it has to age, grow ill, and die every day. When the mind knows the unexcelled Dhamma, it extracts itself from its defiling error that aggravates disease. This error is a fierce fault of the mind. But when it clearly sees the Dhamma, it removes its error, and there's no more poison in the heart.

When the mind sees the Dhamma, abundantly good & released from error, meeting the Dhamma, it sheds all things that would make it restless. It's mindful, in & of itself, & unentangled. Its love for the khandhas comes to an end, its likes are cured, its worries cease, all dust is gone. Even if the mind thinks in line with its nature, we don't try to stop it. And when we don't stop it, it stops running wild. This frees us from turmoil. "Know that evil comes from resisting the truth. "Evil comes from not knowing. If we can close the door on stupidity, there's ultimate ease. All evil grows silent, perfectly still.

All the khandhas are suffering, with no pleasure at all. "Before I was stupid & in the dark, as if I were in a cave. In my desire to see the Dhamma, I tried to grab hold of the heart to still it. I grabbed hold of mental labels, thinking they were the heart until it became a habit. Doing this I was long enthralled with watching them. Wrong mental labels obscured the mind and I was deluded into playing around with the khandhas — Poor me! "Exalting myself endlessly, I went around passing judgment on others but accomplishing nothing. Looking at the faults of others embitters the heart, as if we were to set ourselves on fire, becoming sooty & burned. Whoever's right or wrong, good or bad, that's their business.

Ours is to make sure the heart looks after itself. Don't let unskillful attitudes buzz around it & land. Make it consummate in merit & skill — the result will be peace. Seeing others as bad and oneself as good is a stain on the heart, for one latches onto the khandha that holds to that judgment. If you latch onto the khandhas they'll burn you for sure, for aging, defilement, & death will join in the fray: full of anger & love, obvious faults, worries, sorrows, & fears, while the five forms of sensuality bring in their multifarious troops. We gain no release from suffering & danger because we hold to the five khandhas as ours. Once you see your error, don't delay. Keep constant watch on the inconstancy of sankharas.

When the mind gets used to this, you're sure to see the Singular Dhamma, solitary in the mind. "'Inconstancy' refers to the heart as it moves from its labels. When you see this, watch it again & again, right at the moving. When all external objects have faded away, the Dhamma will appear. When you see that Dhamma, you recover from mental unrest. The mind then won't be attached to dualities. Just this much truth can end the game. Knowing not-knowing: That's the method for the heart. Once we see through inconstancy, the mind-source stops creating issues. All that remains is the primal mind, true & unchanging.

Knowing the mind-source brings release from all worry & error. If you go out to the mind-ends, you're immediately wrong. "'Darkness' comes from the mind possessive of what's good. This possessiveness is thought up by the mind-ends. The mind-source is already good when the Dhamma appears, erasing doubt. When you see the superlative Dhamma, surpassing the world, all your old confused searchings are uprooted and let go. The [only] suffering left is the need to sleep and eat in line with events. The heart stays, tamed, near the mind-source, Thinking, yet not dwelling on its thoughts.

The nature of the mind is that it has to think, But when it senses the mind-source it's released from its sorrows, secluded from disturbances, & still. The nature of sankharas when they appear is to vanish. They all decay; none remain. Beware of the mind when you focus on making it refined, for you'll tend to force it to get stuck on the stillness. Get the heart to look again & again at its inconstancy, until it's a habit. When you reach 'Oh!' it will come on its own: awareness of the heart's song, like a mirage.

The Buddha says the corruptions of insight disguise themselves as true when actually they're not. The awareness of mental phenomena that comes on its own, is direct vision, not like hearing & understanding on the level of questioning. The analysis of phenomena, mental & physical, is also not vision that comes on its own: so look. The awareness that comes on its own is not the thought-song. Knowing the mind-source & mind-moments, the source-mind is released from sorrow. The mind-source's certain automatic knowledge of sankharas — the affairs of change — is not a matter of parading out to see or know a thing. It's also not a knowledge based on labeling in pairs. The mind knows itself from the motion of the song. The mind's knowledge of the motion is simply adjacent mind-moments. In fact, they can't be divided: They're all one & the same. When the mind is two, that's called sañña entangling things.

Inconstancy is itself, so why focus on anyone else? "When the heart sees its own decayings, it's released from darkness. It loses its taste for them, and abandons its doubts. It stops searching for things within & without. Its attachments all fall away. It leaves its loves & hates, whatever weighs it down. It can end its desires, its sorrows all vanish — together with the weighty cares that made it moan — as if a shower of rain were to refresh the heart. The cool heart is realized by the heart itself. The heart is cool for it has no need to wander around, looking at people. Knowing the mind-source in the present, it's unshakeable & unconcerned with any good or evil, for they must pass away, with all other impediments.

Perfectly still, the mind-source neither thinks nor interprets. It stays only with its own affairs: no expectations, no need to be entangled or troubled, no need to keep up its guard. Sitting or lying down, one thinks at the source-mind: 'Released.'" "Your explanation of the path is penetrating, so encompassing & clear. Just one more thing: Please explain in detail the mind unreleased from the cause of suffering." "The cause of suffering is attachment & love, extremely enthralled, creating new states of being without wearying.

On the lower level, the stains are the five strings of sensuality; on the higher level, attachment to jhana. In terms of how these things act in the mind: It's all an affair of being enthralled with sankharas, enthralled with all that have happened for a long, long time — seeing them as good, nourishing the heart on error, making it branch out in restlessness distraction. Smitten by error, with no sense of shame, enthralled with admiring whatever it fancies — enthralled to the point where it forgets itself and loses its sense of danger; enthralled with viewing the faults of others, upset by their evil, not seeing its own faults as anything at all.

No matter how great the faults of others, they can't make us fall into hell. While our own faults can take us to the severest hell straightaway, even if they aren't very defiling at all. So keep watch on your faults until it comes naturally. Avoid those faults and you're sure to see happiness free from danger & fear. When you see your faults clearly cut them right away. Don't dawdle or delay or you'll never be rid of them. "Wanting what's good, without stop: That's the cause of suffering. It's a great fault: the strong fear of bad. 'Good' & 'bad' are poisons to the mind, like foods that enflame a high fever.

The Dhamma isn't clear because of our basic desire for good. Desire for good, when it's great, drags the mind into turbulent thought until the mind gets inflated with evil, and all its defilements proliferate. The greater the error, the more they flourish, taking one further & further away from the genuine Dhamma." "This way of explaining the cause of suffering chastens my heart. [At first] the meaning was tattered & tangled, but when you explained the path my heart didn't move: at respite, still, & at peace, reaching an end at last." "This is called the attainment of liberation from the khandhas, a Dhamma that remains in place, with no coming or going, a genuine nature — the only one — with nothing to make it stray or spin."

With that, the tale is ended. Right or wrong, please ponder with discernment till you know.
"You can't remedy the changing of sankharas. Fashioned by kamma, they're out to spite no one. If you grasp hold of them to push them this way & that, the mind has to become defiled & wrong. Don't think of resisting the natural way of all things.
